KUALA BETARA – Komitmen anggota dewan untuk tidak hanya mendengar, tetapi juga menindaklanjuti keluhan warga kembali dibuktikan oleh Anggota DPRD Tanjung Jabung Barat Dapil Betara–Kuala Betara, Albert Chaniago, SP. Hanya berselang beberapa minggu setelah masa reses, aspirasi warga Dusun Tanjung Harapan, Desa Sungai Dualap, telah berbuah manis berupa bantuan senilai Rp25 juta untuk pembangunan sarana tempat wudhu Masjid Al-Amin di Parit Bayarutang.
Penyerahan bantuan dari CV Karpari ini berlangsung khidmat pada Selasa (14/7/2026), disaksikan langsung oleh Albert Chaniago, Kepala Dinas Perkebunan Tanjab Barat Drs. Riduan, Camat Kuala Betara, Kades Sungai Dualap Harmanto, serta unsur BPD, tokoh masyarakat, dan perwakilan perusahaan.
Kolaborasi Strategis: DPRD Fasilitasi, Pemda Jembatani, Swasta Eksekusi
Keberhasilan realisasi cepat ini bukan kebetulan, melainkan hasil dari sinergi tiga pilar kekuatan daerah. Kepala Dinas Perkebunan, Drs. Riduan, menjelaskan bahwa bantuan ini adalah tindak lanjut konkret dari dialog yang terjadi saat reses Albert Chaniago.
“Alhamdulillah, aspirasi masyarakat yang disampaikan saat reses kini telah diwujudkan. Dinas Perkebunan memfasilitasi komunikasi dengan CV Karpari hingga bantuan dapat direalisasikan. Ini membuktikan bahwa kolaborasi antara DPRD, pemerintah daerah, dan perusahaan kelapa sawit mampu menghadirkan solusi nyata bagi masyarakat,” ujar Riduan dengan bangga.
Model ini menunjukkan peran legislatif sebagai trigger (pemicu), eksekutif sebagai facilitator (fasilitator), dan swasta sebagai executor (pelaku) dalam program CSR yang tepat sasaran.
CV Karpari: Amal Jariyah untuk Umat
Perwakilan CV Karpari, Risaldi (Asisten Kepala), menyerahkan bantuan tersebut dengan penuh kerendahan hati. Ia berharap fasilitas ibadah yang dibangun dapat memberikan kenyamanan maksimal bagi jamaah.
“Semoga bantuan ini bermanfaat dan menjadi amal jariyah bagi semua pihak yang telah berkontribusi, baik donatur maupun para pekerja yang terlibat dalam pembangunannya,” kata Risaldi.
Langkah CV Karpari ini juga diapresiasi oleh Kadis Perkebunan sebagai contoh baik tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (Corporate Social Responsibility). Riduan berharap langkah ini dapat menginspirasi perusahaan perkebunan lain untuk tidak hanya fokus pada produksi, tetapi juga peduli pada infrastruktur sosial dan jalan lingkungan yang digunakan bersama.
Warga Bersyukur, Ibadah Lebih Nyaman
Kepala Desa Sungai Dualap, Harmanto, menyampaikan rasa terima kasih yang mendalam kepada Albert Chaniago, CV Karpari, dan Dinas Perkebunan. Menurutnya, keberadaan tempat wudhu yang layak sangat dibutuhkan mengingat tingginya aktivitas keagamaan di Masjid Al-Amin.
“Terima kasih atas kepedulian semua pihak. Kami berharap pembangunan ini segera selesai sehingga jamaah bisa beribadah dengan lebih nyaman dan khusyuk,” ujarnya.
Bagi warga Parit Bayarutang, bantuan ini adalah bukti nyata bahwa suara mereka didengar. Melalui pendekatan kolaboratif seperti ini, Tanjung Jabung Barat semakin menunjukkan wajah pemerintahan yang responsif, transparan, dan berpihak pada kesejahteraan umat.
