TANJAB BARAT – Dua momen penuh makna terjadi beriringan di RT 08, Desa Bram Itam Raya, Kecamatan Bram Itam, pada Selasa (14/7/2026). Bupati Drs. H. Anwar Sadat, M.Ag., secara simbolis menyerahkan kunci rumah hasil Program Bedah Rumah kepada warga prasejahtera, sekaligus menghadiri kegiatan Panen Raya komoditas perkebunan dan peternakan.
Acara ini bukan sekadar seremonial biasa, melainkan bukti nyata sinergi unik antara Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) Kelas IIB Kuala Tungkal, Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas) Tanjab Barat, dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. Kolaborasi tiga pilar ini menghadirkan solusi holistik: perbaikan hunian layak huni di satu sisi, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi produktif di sisi lain.
Rumah Layak Huni: Fondasi Martabat Manusia
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Anwar Sadat menekankan bahwa program bedah rumah bukan sekadar proyek fisik bangunan, melainkan upaya mengembalikan martabat manusia. Hunian yang layak adalah hak dasar yang harus dipenuhi untuk menciptakan keluarga yang sehat dan produktif.
“Program ini tidak sekadar memberikan hunian yang layak bagi warga prasejahtera, tetapi juga memperkuat ikatan kebersamaan antara pemerintah, lembaga vertikal, dan seluruh elemen masyarakat. Pemkab Tanjab Barat akan terus berkomitmen penuh melakukan percepatan pengentasan kemiskinan melalui perbaikan kualitas hunian,” tegas Bupati.
Kehadiran jajaran Lapas dan Baznas menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab sosial tidak hanya dibebankan pada anggaran daerah, tetapi dapat digerakkan melalui semangat gotong royong nasional.
Panen Raya: Buah Kerja Sama Warga Binaan & Masyarakat
Usai prosesi penyerahan kunci, suasana berubah menjadi riuh rendah kegembiraan saat Bupati meninjau lokasi Panen Raya. Di lahan yang sama, warga masyarakat setempat bahu-membahu dengan para warga binaan Lapas Kelas IIB Kuala Tungkal mengelola komoditas perkebunan dan ternak.
Ini adalah model restorative justice dan pemberdayaan komunitas yang cerdas. Warga binaan tidak hanya menjalani hukuman, tetapi juga berkontribusi positif bagi ketahanan pangan dan ekonomi lokal. Hasil panen ini menjadi bukti bahwa rehabilitasi sosial dapat berjalan beriringan dengan produktivitas ekonomi.
Sinergi Pentahelix untuk Kesejahteraan Berkelanjutan
Turut mendampingi Bupati dalam acara bersejarah ini adalah unsur Forkopimda, Kepala Dinas Perakim, Dinas Sosial, BKAD, Camat Bram Itam, serta Kepala Desa Bram Itam Raya dan Bram Itam Kanan. Kehadiran lengkap pejabat teknis ini memastikan bahwa bantuan tidak berhenti pada penyerahan kunci atau panen sesaat, tetapi dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan jangka panjang.
Melalui model kolaborasi Lapas-Baznas-Pemda ini, Tanjung Jabung Barat mengirimkan pesan kuat: kemiskinan dan keterbelakangan dapat diatasi jika semua elemen bangsa bergerak bersama. Dari atap rumah yang kokoh hingga lumbung pangan yang penuh, kesejahteraan warga Bram Itam kini memiliki fondasi yang lebih kuat dan harapan yang lebih cerah.
