KUALA TUNGKAL – Siklus pertanggungjawaban keuangan daerah tahun 2025 resmi ditutup dengan persetujuan bersama dalam Rapat Paripurna Keempat DPRD Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, Senin (13/07/2026). Bupati Drs. H. Anwar Sadat, M.Ag., didampingi Wakil Bupati Dr. H. Katamso, S.A., S.E., M.E., secara simbolis menandatangani Berita Acara Persetujuan Bersama Ranperda Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan APBD TA 2025 bersama Ketua DPRD Hamdani, S.E., dan Wakil Ketua I H. Muh. Syafril Simamora, S.H.
Momen ini bukan sekadar formalitas hukum, melainkan refleksi kedewasaan demokrasi lokal di mana eksekutif dan legislatif berhasil mencapai konsensus melalui dialog konstruktif, meski terdapat catatan evaluasi yang perlu diperbaiki.
Apresiasi Sinergi & Kritik Membangun
Dalam pendapat akhirnya, Bupati Anwar Sadat menyampaikan penghargaan setinggi-tingginya kepada seluruh anggota DPRD atas kolaborasi yang solid selama proses pembahasan. Ia menegaskan bahwa setiap saran, kritik, dan rekomendasi dari dewan bukanlah beban, melainkan "kompas" untuk memperbaiki kinerja pemerintahan.
“Kami mengucapkan terima kasih atas kerja sama yang terjalin baik. Berbagai masukan dari DPRD akan menjadi bahan evaluasi sekaligus acuan bagi pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan pembangunan ke depan,” ujar Bupati.
Sikap terbuka ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemkab Tanjab Barat memandang DPRD sebagai mitra strategis pengawas, bukan lawan politik yang harus dilawan.
Akui Kekurangan, Fokus Perbaiki Tata Kelola & Aset
Meski mendapatkan persetujuan, Bupati tidak menyembunyikan fakta bahwa pelaksanaan APBD 2025 masih menyisakan pekerjaan rumah. Ia secara jujur mengakui adanya program yang belum optimal dan temuan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) yang wajib ditindaklanjuti.
Sebagai respons konkret, Bupati telah menginstruksikan seluruh Perangkat Daerah (OPD) untuk segera melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh. Fokus utamanya adalah perbaikan tata kelola keuangan dan aset daerah, serta penyelesaian rekomendasi BPK demi mempertahankan predikat Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) di masa mendatang.
“Kita tidak boleh puas hanya dengan opini WTP saat ini. Kualitas pengelolaan keuangan harus terus meningkat agar kepercayaan publik dan akuntabilitas negara tetap terjaga,” tegasnya.
