KUALA TUNGKAL – Momen bersejarah dalam siklus penganggaran daerah terjadi pada Senin (13/07/2026). Dalam Rapat Paripurna Keempat DPRD Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, Bupati Drs. H. Anwar Sadat, M.Ag., dan Ketua DPRD Hamdani, S.E., secara resmi menandatangani Berita Acara Persetujuan Bersama atas Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Ranperda) tentang Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2025.
Penandatanganan ini menandai selesainya proses pembahasan intensif antara Badan Anggaran DPRD dan Pemerintah Daerah, sekaligus memberikan legitimasi hukum atas laporan pelaksanaan anggaran tahun lalu. Rapat yang dipimpin oleh Ketua DPRD Hamdani, didampingi Wakil Ketua I H. Muh. Syafril Simamora, S.H., berlangsung khidmat dan penuh rasa saling menghormati.
Legitimasi Penuh dari Forkopimda
Keputusan paripurna ini didukung penuh oleh seluruh unsur pimpinan daerah. Turut hadir Wakil Bupati Dr. H. Katamso, S.A., S.E., M.E., Plh. Sekretaris Daerah Ir. H. Agus Sanusi, M.Si., serta perwakilan Forkopimda yang menunjukkan keseriusan institusi terhadap akuntabilitas keuangan negara.
Perwakilan TNI, Polri, dan Kejaksaan yang hadir antara lain:
- Pasi Intel Kodim 0419/Tanjab: Kapten Inf. Elang Wibisono (mewakili Dandim)
- Kabag Ren Polres Tanjab Barat: Kompol Ujang Supran, S.H. (mewakili Kapolres)
- Jaksa Fungsional Bidang Intelijen Kejari Tanjab Barat: Nicko Ari Y. K., S.H. (mewakili Kajari)
Kehadiran lengkap Pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama, Pejabat Administrator, instansi vertikal, perbankan, dan insan pers menegaskan bahwa persetujuan APBD 2025 bukan hanya urusan internal pemerintah, melainkan keputusan publik yang transparan dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan kepada masyarakat.
Tanda Kedewasaan Demokrasi Lokal
Proses persetujuan Ranperda Pertanggungjawaban APBD ini mencerminkan kematangan hubungan kerja antara eksekutif dan legislatif di Tanjung Jabung Barat. Kedua lembaga berhasil mencapai konsensus melalui mekanisme musyawarah yang sehat, tanpa mengorbankan prinsip pengawasan dan akuntabilitas.
Dengan disahkannya peraturan daerah ini, Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat kini memiliki landasan hukum yang kuat untuk melanjutkan evaluasi kinerja, menindaklanjuti rekomendasi pemeriksaan, dan menyusun perencanaan anggaran masa depan yang lebih efektif dan tepat sasaran.
Sinergi solid antara Bupati Anwar Sadat, Ketua DPRD Hamdani, dan seluruh jajaran Forkopimda menjadi modal berharga bagi Tanjung Jabung Barat untuk terus melangkah menuju tata kelola pemerintahan yang bersih, transparan, dan berorientasi pada kesejahteraan rakyat.
