MUARABULIAN - Dana Tunjangan Non Sertifikasi Guru di kabupaten Batanghari diterima ratusan orang Guru PNS yang tidak mendapat syarat cukup untuk menerima sertifikasi Guru. Dari total Guru PNS sebanyak 2.240 orang, ada 464 Guru yang yang mendapat non sertifikasi yang diterima setiap triwulan.
Dijelaskan Plt Sekertaris Disdikbud Batanghari Yaakin,S.Pd mengatakan, Guru Non Sertifikasi ini merupakan Guru yang tidak mendapat waktu mengajar 24 jam dan surat keterangan jaminan fungsional. “ Jadi setiap Guru non seritifkasi mendapat tunjangan sebesar 250 ribu rupiah perbulan dan bibayarkan setiap tiga bulan sekali,” ujarnya.
Yaakin memaparkan, Anggaran pembayaran tunjangan non sertifikasi ini dialokasikan melalui dana APBN pusat yang dikirim ke Kas daerah kabupaten Batanghari. Total dana yang dibayarkan setiap triwulan untuk 464 orang Gurupenerima tunjangan non sertifikasi sebesar 256.936.500 rupiah.
“ Pembayarannya direalisasikan setiap tiga bulan sekali, yang ditransfer ke masing-masing rekening Guru,” kata Yaakin.
Terpisah Sub bagian keuangan dan perencanan disdikbud Batanghari Ali Sahroni mengatakan, Untuk pembayaran non sertifikasi Guru pada tiap triwulannya akan dibayar, setelah dana masuk ke kasda. Biasanya, pihak bakeuda akan memberitau disdikbud untuk jika dana sudah siap.
" Untuk triwulan ke tiga, Dinas masih menunggu petunjuk dari bakeuda. Untuk info lebih lanjut bisa menanyakan ke Bakeuda," pungkasnya.
