MUARABULIAN – Gaji Guru Honor Sekolah SD dan SMP yang dibayar melalui dana operasional sekolah (DOS) pada anggaran Dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan Kabupaten Batanghari tahun 2020 ini mengalami kenaikan. Hal ini dibenarkan oleh kadisdikbud Batanghari melalui Kasusbbag Keuangan, Ali di kantor disdikbud Batanghari, Selasa (03/03/2020) kemarin.
Ia menjelasakan, berkaitan dengan gaji Guru honor di sekolah tahun 2020 mengalami kenaikan. Nilainya naik dari tahun 2019 lalu yang hanya 700 ribu per Guru. “ Kenaikan ini bervariasi, seperti honor operator sekolah yang di anggap sebagai tugas yang paling berat maka upahnya lebih banyak dari honor yang lain,” ujarnya.
Nilainya sendiri untuk honor operator sekolah berkisar hampir satu juta rupiah. Sedangkan Guru honor berkisaran sampai sembilan ratus ribu.” Kepastian angkanya belum bisa saya sampaikan saat ini, intinya ada kenaikan di angka seratus hingga dua ratus ribu per Honor sekolah ini,” ucap Kasubbag Keuangan.

Lanjutnya ia menyampaikan, makanya dana BOS Reguler sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis tahun 2020 ini untuk pembayaran gaji Guru honor maksimal 50 persen tersebut tidak berdampak kepada pembayaran Guru honor sekolah. Mengingat honor Guru sekolah di kabupaten Batanghari sudah diakomodir oleh pemerintah daerah melalui dana operasional sekolah (DOS).
Ia memaparkan bagi Guru honor Sekolah yang belum teakomodir melalui dana DOS kabupaten maka nanti akan dibiayai dengan dana BOS Reguler ini. Sesuai dengan juknis yang telah ditetapkan sesuai dengan permendikbud nomor 8 tahun 2020 tentang petunjuk teknis penggunakan dana BOS Reguler.
