MUARABULIAN - Pemerintah Kabupaten Batang Hari menunjukkan komitmen kuat dalam memberikan rasa aman bagi para Pendidik dalam menjalankan tugas mulia mereka.
Salah satunya menggelar Seminar Sosialisasi Perlindungan Hukum dan Profesi Guru. Kegiatan yang mengusung tema "Perlindungan Hukum dan Profesi Guru untuk Mewujudkan Iklim Pendidikan yang Aman dan Bermartabat di Kabupaten Batang Hari" itu , dibuka Bupati Batang Hari yang dalam hal ini diwakili oleh Asisten III Setda Batang Hari, Asri Yonalsyah, A.P., M.E., di Ruang Pola Kantor Bupati Batang Hari, Kamis (20/08/26).
Pelaksanaan seminar ini didasari oleh upaya penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai perlindungan Hukum dan Profesi bagi Pendidik serta Tenaga Kependidikan. Regulasi utama yang menjadi acuan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Nomor 4 Tahun 2026 tentang Perlindungan bagi Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan.
Acara penting ini menghadirkan Narasumber Ahli dan Berkompeten di Bidangnya guna memberikan pencerahan dari berbagai sudut pandang hukum dan instansi terkait, di antaranya:
IPDA Kuat Sukendar (KBO Reskrim Polres Batang Hari) mewakili pihak Kepolisian Resor Batang Hari.
Mulkam Balya, S.H.,M.H., (Kasi Datun Kejaksaan Negeri Batang Hari) mewakili institusi kejaksaan.
H. Muhamad Rifa'i, S.P., M.E. selaku Asisten I Setda Batang Hari. Zulpadli, S.Pd., M.Pd. dari Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (PDK) Kabupaten Batang Hari.
Melalui sosialisasi ini, diharapkan para tenaga pendidik di Kabupaten Batang Hari dapat bekerja dengan lebih tenang, profesional, terlindungi secara hukum, serta mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, aman, dan bermartabat bagi seluruh peserta didik.
