Pegawai perempuan itu kemudian menerangkan, kalau kabid dan pegawai sedang istirahat, tapi kemudian bupati bertanya lagi, ‘’Waktu istrirahat kantor itu dari jam sampai jam berapa?
Pegawai itu menjawab dari pukul 12.00 Wib hingga pukul 13.00 Wib. Bupati kembali pertanya sekarang sudah lebih dari pukul 13.00 Wib, bahkan hampir pukul 14.00 WIB, tapi para pegawai belum juga balik ke kantor, hampir semua ruangan kosong.
Bupati selanjutnya menanyakan absen, di Kantor Perkim itu ternyata sudah memakai absen pijer, tapi operatornya saat itu juga tidak berada ditempat, meskipun jam istirahat telah habis. Bupati minta absen pijer hari itu diprint untuknya.  
H M Syukur kemudian bergeser ke ruang Mushola. Bupati sempat kaget karena kondisi Mushola itu sangat kotor dan karpetnya sangat lusuh. ‘’Kasi tahu kadisnya, ini tempat sholat masak karpetnya kotor begini,’’tanya Bupati.
Begini saja terang bupati,j kalau tidak bisa memperbaiki ruang ini, biar bupati yang membelikan karpet dan AC ruangannya. ‘’Pegawai di Dinas Perkim ada sekitar 70 orang, masak nyaman sholat di tepat kotor seperti ini. Ini kantor Pemerintahan,’’ujar Bupati.
Sediakan kamar mandi dan tempak wudhu yang bersih pinta bupati. Kalau Musholanya kotor bergitu jelas bupati, artinya Mushola tersebut tidak pernah disapu dan jarang dipakai.
Setelah sempat dibersihkan sedikit, bupati selanjutnya melakukan sholat Zuhur berjemaah menjadi imam di Mushola itu bersama Makmum pegawai yang ada. Bupati keluar dari Kantor Dinas Perkim itu sekitar pukul 14.00 Wib lewat.
Sebelumnya bupati juga seorang diri melakukan sidak di Puskesmas Bangko dan Puskesmas Bangko Barat. Di kedua Puskesmas itu, bupati menekankan pentingnya melakukan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat.
