KUALA TUNGKAL – Ruang Paripurna DPRD Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat kembali menjadi panggung demokrasi yang hidup pada Senin (13/04/2026). Dalam Rapat Paripurna lanjutan pembahasan Laporan Keterangan Pertanggungjawaban (LKPJ) Tahun Anggaran 2025, Bupati Anwar Sadat tampil tegap memberikan tanggapan atas sejumlah catatan kritis dari tujuh fraksi DPRD. Bukan dengan sikap defensif, melainkan dengan kepala terbuka, Bupati menyebut kritik tersebut sebagai "bahan evaluasi berharga" untuk memacu kinerja pemerintah daerah ke level yang lebih tinggi.
Rapat yang dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua DPRD Hamdani ini menandai babak baru dalam proses pertanggungjawaban tahunan. Setelah Nota Pengantar disampaikan pada akhir Maret dan pandangan umum fraksi dibacakan pada awal April, kini giliran eksekutif merespons. Hamdani menegaskan bahwa momen ini bukan ajang adu kekuatan, melainkan wujud sinergi strategis.
“Rapat paripurna hari ini merupakan lanjutan dari tahapan pembahasan LKPJ. Agenda ini penting sebagai bentuk sinergi antara DPRD dan pemerintah daerah dalam mengevaluasi kinerja tahun anggaran 2025,” ujar Hamdani saat membuka sidang.

Menanggapi sorotan tajam dari Fraksi PDI Perjuangan, PKB, Golkar, NasDem, Keadilan Pembangunan, Gerindra, dan PAN, Bupati Anwar Sadat menyampaikan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya. Ia mengakui bahwa tidak ada pemerintahan yang sempurna, namun komitmen untuk terus belajar dan berbenah adalah hal mutlak.
“Seluruh pemandangan umum fraksi DPRD menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan kinerja serta pelayanan kepada masyarakat,” kata Anwar Sadat.
Ia menekankan bahwa kolaborasi solid antara legislatif dan eksekutif adalah kunci utama mewujudkan pembangunan yang transparan dan akuntabel. Tanpa masukan dari wakil rakyat, kebijakan pemerintah berisiko kehilangan arah dan tidak menyentuh kebutuhan riil warga. “Kami siap menerima masukan konstruktif ini untuk memastikan setiap program berjalan efektif dan tepat sasaran,” tambahnya.
Hadiri Lengkap: Bukti Komitmen Kolektif
Keseriusan proses ini tercermin dari kehadiran hampir seluruh elemen pimpinan daerah. Selain Bupati dan Ketua DPRD, hadir pula Wakil Bupati, Sekretaris Daerah, para Asisten, Kepala OPD, unsur Forkopimda (TNI-Polri, Kejaksaan, Pengadilan), perwakilan perbankan, BUMD, hingga insan pers. Kehadiran mereka mengirimkan pesan kuat: akuntabilitas publik adalah tanggung jawab bersama seluruh pemangku kepentingan di Tanjab Barat.
Menuju Rekomendasi Akhir: Dari Kata ke Aksi
Dengan selesainya sesi tanggapan Bupati ini, proses pembahasan LKPJ 2025 semakin mendekati garis finish. Langkah selanjutnya akan melibatkan perumusan rekomendasi final oleh DPRD yang akan menjadi pedoman bagi Pemkab dalam menyusun kebijakan tahun anggaran berikutnya.
Bagi masyarakat Tanjab Barat, dinamika di ruang paripurna ini adalah jaminan bahwa uang mereka dikelola dengan penuh rasa tanggung jawab. Ketika kritik disambut dengan evaluasi, dan evaluasi diterjemahkan menjadi aksi perbaikan, maka kepercayaan publik akan tumbuh subur. Tanjab Barat bergerak maju bukan karena janji manis, tetapi karena kerja keras yang diawasi secara ketat oleh wakil-wakil rakyatnya.
