KUALA TUNGKAL – Suara warga Desa Pematang Lumut, Kecamatan Betara, akhirnya memiliki saluran langsung ke gedung parlemen. Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, Hasan Basyri Harahap, S.H., turun tangan dalam agenda Reses Masa Sidang Tahun 2025–2026, Kamis (05/02/2026). Di hadapan puluhan tokoh masyarakat, perangkat desa, dan pemuda, politisi Partai NasDem ini menegaskan bahwa setiap keluhan dan usulan pembangunan bukan sekadar catatan administratif, melainkan "amanah suci" yang wajib diperjuangkan.
Suasana dialog berlangsung hangat namun substansial. Warga Dapil II (Betara–Kuala Betara) tidak menyia-nyiakan kesempatan langka ini. Mereka tumpah ruah menyampaikan daftar prioritas yang selama ini tertahan, mulai dari perbaikan infrastruktur jalan desa yang rusak, peningkatan sarana prasarana publik, hingga harapan agar program-program strategis benar-benar menyentuh kebutuhan akar rumput.
Dari Mulut Warga ke Meja Paripurna: Masuk Pokir DPRD
Hasan Basyri Harahap mendengarkan dengan saksama. Ia memahami bahwa bagi warga Pematang Lumut, pembangunan bukan angka statistik, tetapi realitas sehari-hari. Menanggapi deretan aspirasi tersebut, ia memberikan jaminan politik yang kuat.
“Semua permintaan masyarakat akan saya tampung. Apa yang disampaikan hari ini merupakan amanah yang harus saya perjuangkan sebagai wakil rakyat. Aspirasi ini akan menjadi bahan penting dalam pembahasan program pembangunan ke depan,” ujarnya tegas.
Ia menjelaskan bahwa mekanisme yang akan ditempuh adalah memasukkan usulan warga ke dalam Pokok-Pokok Pikiran (Pokir) anggota DPRD. Pokir ini nantinya akan menjadi dasar hukum dan politik saat pembahasan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD), memastikan bahwa uang daerah dialokasikan untuk proyek yang memang diminta oleh rakyat, bukan hanya keinginan birokrat.
Realistis di Tengah Keterbatasan: Optimisme Perbaikan Fiskal
Namun, Hasan juga bersikap transparan dan realistis. Ia mengakui bahwa kondisi fiskal daerah saat ini masih menghadapi tantangan, sehingga tidak semua usulan bisa langsung terealisasi dalam hitungan hari.
“Kondisi anggaran daerah saat ini masih menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Namun, saya tetap optimistis bahwa ke depan akan ada perbaikan kondisi fiskal daerah sehingga berbagai program yang diusulkan masyarakat dapat diwujudkan secara bertahap,” jelasnya.
Sikap jujur ini justru mendapat apresiasi dari warga. Mereka memahami bahwa wakil rakyat mereka tidak menjual mimpi palsu, tetapi menawarkan perjuangan nyata melalui jalur legislasi dan penganggaran yang benar.
Sinergi untuk Pematang Lumut yang Lebih Baik
Kehadiran Hasan Basyri Harahap di Pematang Lumut membuktikan bahwa fungsi pengawasan dan perwakilan DPR bekerja efektif ketika ada komunikasi dua arah. Dengan dikawalnya aspirasi ini ke tingkat DPRD, warga Desa Pematang Lumut kini memiliki harapan baru. Pembangunan tidak lagi datang dari atas ke bawah secara sepihak, tetapi lahir dari kesepakatan bersama antara rakyat dan wakilnya.
Kini, bola ada di tangan eksekutif dan legislatif Tanjab Barat. Akankah amanah dari Pematang Lumut ini diterjemahkan menjadi beton, aspal, dan fasilitas umum yang nyata? Hasan Basyri Harahap telah siap mengawal. Sisanya, adalah kerja keras bersama untuk mewujudkan Pematang Lumut yang lebih maju dan sejahtera.
