KUALA TUNGKAL – Agenda reses Anggota DPRD Tanjab Barat, Albert Chaniago, S.P., berlanjut dengan semangat tinggi. Setelah menyapa warga Suak Labu sehari sebelumnya, pada Kamis (05/02/2026), politisi Fraksi PAN ini turun ke Desa Tanjung Pasir, Kecamatan Kuala Betara. Kali ini, ia tidak datang sendiri. Didampingi oleh Hamsah dari Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (Perkim) dan Effendi dari Sekretariat DPRD, Albert menghadirkan tim teknis langsung ke tengah masyarakat untuk memastikan setiap keluhan infrastruktur didengar dan dicatat secara akurat.
Di Aula Kantor Desa Tanjung Pasir, suasana berubah menjadi ruang dialog yang hangat namun substansial. Kepala Desa Hardiansyah, jajaran BPD, Ketua RT, hingga ibu-ibu PKK hadir penuh antusias. Mereka tidak lagi melihat reses sebagai seremonial belaka, melainkan kesempatan emas untuk memperjuangkan kebutuhan mendesak lingkungan mereka.
Daftar Tuntutan Warga: Dari Jalan Rusak hingga Gelap Gulita
Satu per satu Ketua RT menyampaikan uneg-uneg yang selama ini mengganjal. Daftar aspirasi yang masuk sangat konkret dan menyentuh hajat hidup sehari-hari:
1. Pembangunan Jalan Rabat Beton: Mengganti jalan tanah atau aspal rusak yang sulit dilalui saat hujan.
2. Normalisasi Parit: Solusi atas genangan air yang kerap merendam pemukiman warga.
3. Instalasi Lampu Penerangan Jalan Umum (LPJU): Mengatasi kawasan gelap gulita di malam hari demi keamanan dan kenyamanan warga.
4. Infrastruktur Dasar Lainnya: Perbaikan fasilitas umum yang sudah lapuk termakan usia.
Albert Chaniago mendengarkan dengan saksama, sesekali bertanya detail untuk memastikan data yang diperoleh valid. Kehadiran perwakilan Dinas Perkim di lokasi menjadi nilai tambah, karena masalah teknis seperti drainase dan jalan bisa langsung dikonsultasikan, meskipun keputusan akhir tetap ada di tangan legislatif melalui mekanisme anggaran.
Jaminan Politik: "Ini Bukan Sekadar Catatan, Tapi Bahan Perjuangan"
Menutup sesi dialog, Albert memberikan jaminan tegas bahwa suara warga Tanjung Pasir tidak akan tenggelam. “Semua usulan ini tidak akan berhenti di sini. Inilah tujuan reses, yakni mendengar langsung suara masyarakat dan memastikan aspirasi tersebut dibawa ke DPRD untuk dibahas serta diselaraskan dengan program pemerintah daerah,” tegasnya.
Pernyataan ini menjadi oase bagi warga yang sering merasa keluhannya hanya menjadi tumpukan kertas di meja birokrat. Dengan membawa aspirasi ini ke tingkat paripurna, Albert berkomitmen memasukkan kebutuhan Tanjung Pasir ke dalam Pokok-Pokok Pikiran (Pokir) DPRD, yang akan menjadi dasar pengajuan anggaran di masa depan.
Reses Sebagai Jembatan, Bukan Panggung
Kegiatan reses hari kedua di Tanjung Pasir ini kembali membuktikan bahwa fungsi wakil rakyat paling efektif dijalankan ketika mereka turun ke lapangan. Dengan pendekatan yang santai namun serius, Albert berhasil membangun kepercayaan publik. Warga kini memiliki harapan baru: bahwa jalan beton dan lampu penerangan bukan lagi mimpi, tetapi target perjuangan bersama antara warga, desa, dan DPRD.
Tanjung Pasir kini menunggu aksi nyata. Dengan data yang sudah terkumpul dan komitmen politik yang sudah diucapkan, langkah selanjutnya adalah eksekusi. Albert Chaniago telah siap mengawal; kini saatnya seluruh elemen pemerintahan bersinergi mewujudkannya.
