KUALA TUNGKAL – Ruang Sidang Utama DPRD Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat berubah menjadi arena evaluasi strategis pada Senin (06/04/2026). Dalam Rapat Paripurna Kedua yang dipimpin Wakil Ketua I DPRD, H. Muh. Syafril Simamora, S.H. (Ucok Mora), seluruh fraksi menyampaikan pandangan umum terhadap Laporan Keterangan Pertanggungjawaban (LKPJ) Bupati Tahun Anggaran 2025. Ini bukan sekadar formalitas administratif, melainkan momen krusial di mana wakil rakyat menagih janji dan mengukur dampak nyata kebijakan pemerintah terhadap kesejahteraan warga.
Dengan kehadiran 24 dari 35 anggota dewan, rapat dinyatakan memenuhi kuorum dan berjalan dinamis. Ucok Mora menegaskan bahwa forum ini adalah wujud nyata fungsi pengawasan DPRD. “Masukan yang disampaikan merupakan bagian dari fungsi pengawasan DPRD dalam memastikan pelaksanaan pembangunan berjalan sesuai harapan masyarakat,” ujarnya tegas.
Bedah Kinerja: Dari Infrastruktur hingga Kesejahteraan Rakyat
Dalam sesi penyampaian pandangan umum, setiap fraksi tidak ragu memberikan catatan kritis. Mereka tidak hanya melihat angka-angka keberhasilan di atas kertas, tetapi menyoroti realitas di lapangan. Beberapa isu panas yang menjadi sorotan utama meliputi:
1. Efektivitas Penggunaan Anggaran: Apakah miliaran rupiah APBD benar-benar terserap untuk proyek prioritas, ataukah terjebak dalam belanja birokrasi yang kurang berdampak?
2. Kualitas Pelayanan Publik: Keluhan warga terkait lambatnya administrasi kependudukan, kesehatan, dan pendidikan masih menjadi ganjalan yang perlu diselesaikan.
3. Pembangunan Infrastruktur: Evaluasi terhadap kualitas jalan, jembatan, dan drainase yang sering rusak sebelum masa garansi berakhir.
4. Peningkatan Kesejahteraan: Sejauh mana program pemberdayaan ekonomi dan bantuan sosial benar-benar menyentuh masyarakat miskin dan rentan?
Setiap fraksi membawa data dan cerita dari konstituennya masing-masing, menjadikan debat paripurna ini kaya akan perspektif lokal yang autentik.
Transparansi sebagai Kunci Kepercayaan Publik
Penyampaian pandangan umum ini menjadi dasar bagi tahap selanjutnya, yaitu pembahasan lebih mendalam antara Panitia Khusus (Pansus) DPRD dengan Pemerintah Daerah. Hasil akhir dari proses ini akan menentukan apakah LKPJ Bupati dapat diterima atau memerlukan perbaikan signifikan.
Bagi masyarakat Tanjab Barat, transparansi dalam pembahasan LKPJ ini adalah indikator kematangan demokrasi daerah. Ketika wakil rakyat berani mengkritisi kinerja eksekutif secara terbuka dan berbasis data, artinya uang rakyat sedang dijaga dengan ketat.
Rapat paripurna ini mengirimkan pesan jelas kepada Pemkab Tanjab Barat: Akuntabilitas bukan pilihan, melainkan kewajiban. Tahun 2025 telah berlalu, kini saatnya mempertanggungjawabkan setiap keputusan demi menuju Tanjab Barat yang lebih adil, efisien, dan sejahtera di tahun-tahun mendatang.
