BANGKO — Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Merangin bersama Pemerintah Kabupaten  Merangin secara resmi menandatangani Nota Kesepakatan Kebijakan Umum Anggaran (KUA) serta Prioritas dan Plafon Anggaran Sementara (PPAS) APBD  Tahun Anggaran 2027. 
Prosesi penandatanganan ini berlangsung khidmat dalam Rapat Paripurna DPRD Kabupaten Merangin pada Rabu (28/8).
Rapat Paripurna tersebut dihadiri   Bupati Merangin M. Syukur, Wakil Bupati Abdul Khafidh, Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Merangin Muhammad Rifaldi, para Wakil Ketua dan Anggota DPRD, unsur Forum Komunikasi Pimpinan Daerah (Forkopimda), Sekretaris Daerah, hingga pimpinan perangkat daerah dan tokoh masyarakat.
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Merangin M. Syukur menyampaikan apresiasi dan penghargaan setinggi-tingginya kepada pimpinan dan seluruh anggota DPRD Kabupaten Merangin, khususnya Badan Anggaran, serta Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah (TAPD) yang telah bekerja keras melalui dinamika pembahasan KUA-PPAS 2027.
"Proses pembahasan yang telah kita lalui tentunya bukan merupakan proses yang sederhana. Di dalamnya terdapat berbagai pandangan, pertimbangan, penajaman, koreksi, dan penyesuaian. Namun, seluruh proses tersebut merupakan bagian penting dari mekanisme demokrasi dan tata kelola pemerintahan daerah untuk memastikan kebijakan anggaran yang kita sepakati benar-benar mampu menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat," ujar Bupati M. Syukur.
Ia menekankan pentingnya efektivitas anggaran dan meminta agar seluruh alokasi dana benar-benar memberikan dampak langsung yang dirasakan oleh warga.
"Kita tidak boleh hanya berorientasi pada besarnya anggaran, tetapi harus memastikan bahwa setiap anggaran menghasilkan kinerja dan memberikan dampak nyata bagi masyarakat. Pada akhirnya, masyarakat membutuhkan pelayanan yang lebih baik, pendidikan lebih berkualitas, kesehatan yang mudah diakses, serta infrastruktur yang semakin baik," tegasnya.
Bupati juga menginstruksikan seluruh Kepala Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) untuk segera menindaklanjuti kesepakatan ini dengan menyusun Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran (RKA-SKPD) Tahun Anggaran 2027 yang berpedoman pada RPJMD serta menunjang program prioritas daerah maupun nasional.
Selain itu, guna menjamin kepatuhan dan kualitas perencanaan keuangan daerah, Inspektur Kabupaten Merangin diperintahkan untuk melakukan reviu atas Rancangan APBD 2027 mulai September mendatang.
Langkah ini diambil agar penyusunan hingga penetapan APBD 2027 dapat berjalan tepat waktu sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.
