KUALA TUNGKAL — Upacara Detik-Detik Proklamasi Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia ke-81 Tahun 2026 dalam rangka penghormatan kepada para pahlawan digelar Polres Tanjung Jabung Barat di atas Kapal Bea Cukai 5002, kawasan Alur Sungai Pengabuan, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, Senin (17/8/2026).
Upacara dimulai sekitar pukul 09.30 WIB dan dipimpin Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat Drs. H. Anwar Sadat, M.Ag. selaku Inspektur Upacara.
Kabag Ops Polres Tanjab Barat AKP Hermanto, S.H. bertindak sebagai Perwira Upacara, sementara Komandan Upacara dipercayakan kepada Kanit Pidum Satreskrim Polres Tanjab Barat IPDA Peri Sutikno, S.H.
Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri Wakil Bupati Tanjab Barat Dr. H. Katamso, S.A., S.E., M.E., Kapolres Tanjab Barat AKBP Maulia Kuswicaksono, S.I.K., M.H., Dandim 0419/Tanjab Letkol Inf Zulhiardi, S.I.P., M.Han., Kepala KPPBC TMP B Jambi Dafit Kasianto, KPN Tanjab Barat Joni Mauludin Saputra, S.H., KPA Tanjab Barat Sri Rizki Dwi Putri, S.H., M.H., Ketua DPRD Tanjab Barat Hamdani, S.E., Danpos AL Kuala Tungkal Kapten Laut (P) Heru Sutopo, para kepala OPD serta para PJU dan personel Polres Tanjab Barat.
Pelaksanaan upacara turut melibatkan personel Marnit Ditpolairud Polda Jambi, Polres Tanjab Barat, Pos Bantu Bea Cukai Kuala Tungkal, Basarnas Kuala Tungkal, Kodim 0419/Tanjab dan Pos TNI AL Kuala Tungkal.
Suasana penghormatan kepada para pahlawan semakin khidmat dengan keterlibatan berbagai unsur kapal.
Sebanyak 1 kapal Kanwil PSO Bea Cukai Tanjung Balai Karimun, 1 kapal Pos Ditpolair Baharkam Polri, 2 kapal Satpolairud Polres Tanjab Barat, 3 kapal Marnit Ditpolairud Polda Jambi, 1 kapal Pos TNI AL Kuala Tungkal, 1 kapal Basarnas Tanjab Barat, 1 kapal KSOP Kelas IV Kuala Tungkal dan 1 kapal Pemda Tanjab Barat turut mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan.
Selain itu, sekitar 40 kapal nelayan juga ikut ambil bagian.
Rangkaian upacara diawali dengan Komandan Upacara mengambil tempat dan mengambil alih pasukan, dilanjutkan laporan Perwira Upacara kepada Inspektur Upacara.
Setelah Inspektur Upacara tiba, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan doa kepada arwah para pahlawan, laporan Komandan Upacara, penghormatan kepada arwah para pahlawan serta menyalakan sirene kapal selama satu menit.
Puncak kegiatan ditandai dengan pelarungan bunga dan tabur bunga ke perairan Alur Sungai Pengabuan oleh Inspektur Upacara yang didampingi unsur Forkopimda Tanjab Barat.
Prosesi tersebut menjadi bentuk penghormatan dan penghargaan atas jasa serta pengorbanan para pahlawan dalam memperjuangkan kemerdekaan Indonesia.
Kapolres Tanjab Barat AKBP Maulia Kuswicaksono, S.I.K., M.H. menyampaikan bahwa pelaksanaan upacara di atas perairan menjadi momentum untuk mengenang jasa para pahlawan sekaligus memperkuat semangat persatuan dan nasionalisme.
“Kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk penghormatan kita kepada para pahlawan yang telah berjuang dan berkorban demi kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia. Momentum ini juga menjadi pengingat bagi kita semua untuk terus menjaga persatuan, keamanan dan kondusivitas di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat,” ujar Kapolres.
Usai pelarungan dan tabur bunga, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan foto bersama serta acara tambahan berupa pembagian bantuan sosial kepada masyarakat nelayan.
Sebanyak 100 paket sembako dibagikan oleh Forkopimda Tanjab Barat kepada para nelayan sebagai bentuk kepedulian dan perhatian pemerintah serta unsur terkait kepada masyarakat.
