BANGKO – Bupati Merangin, M. Syukur, secara resmi mengukuhkan 31 anggota Pasukan Pengibar Bendera Pusaka (Paskibraka) Kabupaten Merangin di Aula Rumah Dinas Bupati Merangin, Sabtu (15/8). Pengukuhan ini digelar dalam rangka persiapan upacara Peringatan HUT ke-81 Republik Indonesia. Acara pengukuhan berlangsung khidmat dengan dihadiri Wakil Bupati A. Khafidh, Sekda Zulhifni, unsur Forkopimda, para Staf Ahli, Asisten Sekda, jajaran Kepala OPD, Purna Paskibraka, serta para orang tua anggota Paskibraka yang dilantik. Usai pengukuhan, Bupati M. Syukur menyampaikan pesan bahwa tugas Paskibraka bukan hanya menjalankan prosesi pengibaran bendera, melainkan sebuah amanah dan kehormatan besar. "Tugas ini merupakan tanggung jawab kebangsaan dalam menjaga simbol persatuan dan kehormatan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
