MUARABULIAN - Bupati Batang Hari, Muhammad Fadhil Arief, SE menegaskan bahwa Kedisiplinan adalah pondasi utama dalam memberikan pelayanan publik yang cepat, tepat dan profesional.
"Saya minta seluruh ASN dan PPPK menjadikan apel ini sebagai pengingat untuk meningkatkan tanggung jawab dan kinerja di masing-masing OPD," kata Bupati Fadhil Arief saat Apel Rutin Senin di Lapangan Alun-Alun Batang Hari, Muarabulian, Senin (10/8/2026).
Dalam amanatnya, Bupati Fadhil Arief menekankan pentingnya kedisiplinan kerja bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK).
"Kedisiplinan merupakan kunci dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat. Mari kita jadikan apel ini sebagai momentum untuk meningkatkan kinerja, integritas, dan tanggung jawab kita sebagai abdi Negara," tegasnya.
Dengan apel rutin ini diharapkan seluruh jajaran Pemkab Batang Hari dapat menjaga semangat kerja, kekompakan dan integritas dalam mewujudkan tata kelola Pemerintahan yang baik.
Apel tersebut diikuti oleh Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari, Staf Ahli, Asisten Setda, para Kepala OPD lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Batang Hari, pejabat Eselon III dan IV, serta seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dan Pegawai Dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Batang Hari.
