BANGKO — Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Merangin resmi menyetujui Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Ranperda) tentang Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2025 menjadi Peraturan Daerah (Perda).
Persetujuan ini disahkan dalam Rapat Paripurna Keempat Masa Persidangan Ketiga Bagian Kedua Tahun Sidang 2026 di Gedung DPRD Merangin, Senin (27/7).
Rapat dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua DPRD Merangin Rifaldi, didampingi Wakil Ketua II Ahmad Fahmi dan dihadiri oleh Bupati Merangin M. Syukur, Wakil Bupati A. Khafidh, Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Zulhifni, jajaran Forkopimda, serta para kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di lingkungan Pemkab Merangin.
Selain menyetujui Ranperda, DPRD Merangin turut memberikan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin atas keberhasilannya mempertahankan predikat Opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI untuk yang ke-10 kalinya secara beruntun.
Kendati memberikan apresiasi, DPRD Merangin tetap menyertakan sejumlah catatan strategis. DPRD meminta Pemkab Merangin agar lebih agresif dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) serta menuntaskan seluruh temuan pemeriksaan BPK secara konsisten.
Bupati Merangin, M. Syukur, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan rasa terima kasih atas kerja sama dan dedikasi DPRD selama proses pembahasan berlangsung.
Menurutnya, seluruh masukan dan saran dari fraksi merupakan wujud sinergi positif dalam mengawal tata kelola keuangan daerah.
"Pertanggungjawaban pelaksanaan APBD bukan sekadar memenuhi kewajiban administratif, melainkan bentuk pertanggungjawaban moral, konstitusional, dan profesional pemerintah daerah kepada masyarakat," tegas Bupati M. Syukur.
Ia menambahkan, berkas Ranperda yang telah disetujui bersama Ranperda Penjabaran APBD selanjutnya akan diserahkan kepada Gubernur Jambi untuk dievaluasi sebelum ditetapkan secara definitif.
Terkait catatan DPRD dan BPK, Bupati menegaskan komitmennya untuk menindaklanjuti setiap rekomendasi, baik mengenai pengelolaan keuangan maupun aset daerah, tepat waktu dan sesuai aturan.
"Keberhasilan mempertahankan opini WTP bukan hanya capaian administratif, melainkan indikator bahwa tata kelola pemerintahan terus bergerak ke arah yang lebih baik. Ini menjadi modal utama kita dalam mewujudkan visi 'Menuju Merangin Baru 2030' dengan semangat berdaya saing, akuntabel, reformis, dan unggul," pungkasnya.
