Tanjab Barat – Wakil Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat, Dr. H. Katamso SA, S.E., M.E., menghadiri sekaligus membuka kegiatan Training Center (TC) bagi qori dan qoriah kafilah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, Jumat (24/7/2026).
Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan dalam rangka mempersiapkan kafilah Tanjung Jabung Barat menghadapi Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) ke-55 Tingkat Provinsi Jambi yang akan digelar di Kota Kuala Tungkal pada tahun 2026.
Training Center yang dipusatkan di Aula Hotel Ar-Riyad Kuala Tungkal ini berlangsung selama lima hari, terhitung mulai 24 Juli 2026 hingga 28 Juli 2026.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Wakil Bupati Katamso memberikan motivasi kepada para qori dan qoriah agar mengikuti seluruh rangkaian pembinaan dengan sungguh-sungguh. Menurutnya, persiapan yang matang menjadi salah satu kunci penting dalam meraih prestasi terbaik pada ajang MTQ tingkat provinsi.
“Dikarenkan waktu hanyak tiga bulan lagi jadi manfaatkan kegiatan Training Center ini dengan sebaik-baiknya. Ikuti arahan para pelatih dan terus tingkatkan kemampuan, baik dari segi bacaan, hafalan, maupun pemahaman terhadap Al-Qur’an dan tingkatan lagi mental,” pesan Wakil Bupati.
Ia juga berharap para peserta dapat menjaga semangat, disiplin, serta kekompakan selama menjalani proses pembinaan. Selain membawa nama Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, para peserta juga diharapkan mampu menjadi generasi Qur’ani yang memberikan teladan di tengah masyarakat.
Kegiatan Training Center tersebut turut dihadiri Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, Kepala Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat (Kesra) Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, serta para pelatih qori dan qoriah.
Dengan digelarnya Training Center ini, diharapkan kafilah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat dapat tampil maksimal dan meraih prestasi terbaik pada MTQ ke-55 Tingkat Provinsi Jambi yang akan diselenggarakan di Kuala Tungkal.
