KUALA TUNGKAL – Momen khidmat Rapat Paripurna Istimewa peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) ke-61 Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, Senin (10/08/2026), berubah menjadi arena refleksi kritis ketika Ketua DPRD Tanjab Barat, Hamdani, S.E., secara terbuka menyentil ketimpangan dukungan anggaran dari Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi. Di hadapan jajaran pemkab, tamu undangan, dan Wakil Gubernur Jambi Abdullah Sani yang turut hadir, Hamdani menegaskan bahwa status sebagai tuan rumah kegiatan tingkat provinsi tidak boleh lagi berbanding terbalik dengan realisasi fiskal daerah.
“Sudah saatnya ada perhatian lebih serius dari Pemerintah Provinsi. Jangan sampai Tanjab Barat hanya menjadi tuan rumah, tetapi tidak mendapatkan dukungan anggaran yang proporsional,” tegas Hamdani dengan nada tegas namun tetap diplomatis. Pernyataan ini bukan sekadar keluhan sesaat, melainkan suara representatif rakyat yang menuntut keadilan pembangunan di era otonomi daerah.
Potensi Besar vs Dukungan Fiskal yang Belum Setara
Hamdani menyoroti posisi strategis Tanjab Barat sebagai daerah penyangga ekonomi dan konektivitas pesisir Jambi. Dengan potensi unggul di sektor perikanan, perkebunan, serta infrastruktur maritim, daerah ini seharusnya menjadi prioritas investasi provinsi, bukan hanya lokasi seremonial. Ia mengingatkan bahwa kolaborasi antar-pemerintahan harus didasarkan pada prinsip quid pro quo yang adil: semakin besar kontribusi Tanjab Barat dalam event provinsi, semakin signifikan pula dukungan anggaran yang dialokasikan untuk memperkuat fondasi pembangunannya.
“Kolaborasi itu penting, tapi harus diiringi dengan keadilan anggaran. Supaya pembangunan benar-benar dirasakan masyarakat,” tambahnya. Pesan ini secara implisit juga ditujukan kepada Wagub Abdullah Sani agar membawa aspirasi tersebut ke meja evaluasi kebijakan provinsi, sehingga HUT ke-61 Tanjab Barat bukan hanya perayaan usia, tetapi titik balik perbaikan hubungan fiskal pusat-daerah.
Momentum Refleksi Menuju BERKAH Madani
Meski berisi kritik, suasana paripurna tetap berlangsung khidmat dan penuh semangat kebersamaan. Kehadiran Wagub Jambi menunjukkan keseriusan provinsi dalam mendengarkan aspirasi daerah. Hal ini sejalan dengan visi “BERKAH MADANI” yang diusung Tanjab Barat, di mana keberkahan pembangunan hanya dapat terwujud jika didukung oleh tata kelola anggaran yang transparan, adil, dan berpihak pada kesejahteraan warga.
Peringatan HUT ke-61 tahun ini kini memiliki makna ganda: selain merayakan perjalanan 61 tahun kabupaten, ia juga menjadi tonggak sejarah baru dalam memperjuangkan hak-hak pembangunan daerah. Jika sinergi eksekutif-legislatif di tingkat kabupaten sudah solid, langkah selanjutnya adalah memastikan bahwa solidaritas tersebut juga mengalir deras dari level provinsi. Hanya dengan demikian, Tanjab Barat benar-benar bisa bertransformasi dari sekadar "tuan rumah" menjadi "pemain utama" dalam peta pembangunan Provinsi Jambi.
