KUALA TUNGKAL – Penyegaran organisasi pemerintahan Tanjung Jabung Barat resmi dimulai. Wakil Bupati Dr. H. Katamso, S.A., S.E., M.E., melantik dan mengambil sumpah jabatan 16 pejabat manajerial di lingkungan Pemkab Tanjab Barat dalam Rapat Paripurna di Pola Utama Kantor Bupati, Senin (27/7). Pelantikan ini bukan sekadar rotasi personel, melainkan langkah konkret untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan publik dan mempercepat pencapaian target pembangunan daerah.
Prosesi sakral pengambilan sumpah dipimpin langsung oleh Wabup Katamso, diikuti dengan penandatanganan Berita Acara Pelantikan dan Pakta Integritas. Komitmen tertulis ini menjadi pengingat keras bagi setiap pejabat baru bahwa jabatan adalah amanah yang harus dijalankan dengan etika, loyalitas, dan profesionalisme tinggi.
Peta Jalan Tugas: Sinergi, Lingkungan, dan Investasi
Dalam arahannya, Wabup Katamso tidak memberikan pidato normatif. Ia memberikan "PR" spesifik kepada para pejabat baru sesuai tupoksi masing-masing:
- Camat Kuala Betara: Diminta membangun sinergi kuat dengan elemen masyarakat dan menghadirkan inovasi pelayanan di wilayahnya.
- Dinas Lingkungan Hidup: Harus bekerja responsif dalam pengelolaan sampah, pengendalian pencemaran, dan penegakan hukum lingkungan demi mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan.
- Disparbudpora: Digadang-gadang menggali potensi seni budaya lokal sebagai identitas unggulan daerah.
- DPMPTSP: Didorong meningkatkan promosi investasi agar realisasi modal di Tanjab Barat terus tumbuh.
- Disdukcapil: Diingatkan untuk menjaga akurasi data kependudukan sebagai fondasi peningkatan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM).
Kolaborasi Lintas Sektor untuk Atasi Masalah Sosial
Wabup Katamso juga menekankan bahwa keberhasilan program prioritas tidak bisa dicapai oleh satu dinas saja. Ia menginstruksikan seluruh pejabat baru untuk berkolaborasi lintas sektor dalam menangani isu krusial: percepatan penanganan anak putus sekolah, penurunan angka stunting (melibatkan Puskesmas dan Babinsa), pengentasan kemiskinan ekstrem, serta peningkatan status Open Defecation Free (ODF).
“Pejabat yang dilantik hari ini adalah pilihan terbaik sesuai kebutuhan organisasi saat ini. Saya yakin kalian mampu memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi kemajuan Tanjung Jabung Barat,” tegas Wabup Katamso.

Acara pelantikan turut dihadiri Sekda Hermansyah, S.STP., M.H., para Staf Ahli Bupati, Asisten Setda, Kepala BKPSDM, pimpinan OPD terkait, serta perwakilan Forkopimda. Kehadiran lengkap unsur pemerintahan ini menegaskan bahwa pelantikan ini adalah momentum strategis untuk menyelaraskan visi eksekutif dengan eksekusi di lapangan.
Dengan formasi pejabat baru yang telah disumpah, Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat kini memiliki tim yang lebih segar dan terarah untuk menjawab tantangan pembangunan, mulai dari pelayanan dasar hingga akselerasi ekonomi daerah.
