KUALA TUNGKAL – DPRD Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat mulai “memanaskan mesin” pengawasan anggaran. Rapat Paripurna dengan agenda Penyampaian Nota Pengantar Rancangan Kebijakan Umum Anggaran (KUA) dan Prioritas serta Plafon Anggaran Sementara (PPAS) APBD Tahun Anggaran 2027 resmi dibuka, Senin (20/07/2026), di Ruang Rapat Utama DPRD.
Dipimpin langsung Ketua DPRD Tanjab Barat, Hamdani, S.E., forum strategis ini menjadi titik awal penentuan arah pembangunan daerah ke depan. Paripurna turut dihadiri Bupati Tanjab Barat Drs. H. Anwar Sadat, M.Ag., unsur Forkopimda, Sekda, hingga jajaran OPD.
Momentum ini tidak sekadar formalitas. Paripurna KUA-PPAS 2027 menjadi panggung awal sinkronisasi visi antara eksekutif dan legislatif dalam merancang kebijakan anggaran yang lebih tepat sasaran, transparan, dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan masyarakat.
Lima Arah Besar Pembangunan 2027
Dalam dokumen KUA-PPAS yang disusun mengacu pada Permendagri Nomor 77 Tahun 2020, Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat menetapkan lima prioritas utama sebagai fondasi pembangunan:
Birokrasi Berintegritas dan Adaptif – Reformasi tata kelola pemerintahan menuju sistem yang transparan, responsif, dan berbasis digital.
Hilirisasi UMKM dan Penguatan Ekonomi Lokal – Mendorong peningkatan nilai tambah produk daerah melalui pengolahan dan pemberdayaan pelaku usaha kecil.
Pemerataan Infrastruktur – Memastikan pembangunan tidak hanya terpusat di perkotaan, tetapi menjangkau desa dan wilayah terpencil.
SDM Berkualitas dan Perlindungan Sosial – Investasi pada pendidikan, kesehatan, serta perlindungan bagi masyarakat rentan.
Stabilitas Daerah dan Iklim Investasi – Menciptakan rasa aman dan kondusif bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi serta masuknya investor.
DPRD: Setiap Rupiah Harus Berdampak
Ketua DPRD Hamdani menegaskan, pembahasan KUA-PPAS bukan sekadar rutinitas tahunan, melainkan bagian dari tanggung jawab besar legislatif dalam memastikan efektivitas anggaran.
“Ini bukan hanya dokumen, tetapi komitmen bersama. DPRD akan mengawal setiap tahapan agar anggaran benar-benar memberi manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat,” tegasnya.
Ia juga mengingatkan seluruh anggota dewan untuk melakukan pembahasan secara cermat dan kritis terhadap setiap program yang diusulkan.
Sinergi Jadi Kunci
Kehadiran lengkap unsur pemerintah daerah menunjukkan keseriusan membangun kolaborasi sejak tahap awal perencanaan. Sinergi ini dinilai penting untuk menghindari perubahan anggaran di tengah jalan sekaligus mempercepat realisasi program.
Dengan dimulainya pembahasan KUA-PPAS 2027, Tanjung Jabung Barat memasuki fase penting dalam menentukan arah pembangunan ke depan. Kini, publik menanti bagaimana DPRD dan pemerintah daerah meramu kebijakan yang tak hanya ambisius di atas kertas, tetapi juga nyata dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat.
