KUALA TUNGKAL – Guna mempererat koordinasi dan sinergitas antara Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Tanjung Jabung Barat dengan instansi penegak hukum, Bupati Tanjab Barat, Drs. H. Anwar Sadat, M.Ag., menerima kunjungan silaturahmi Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kajari) Tanjab Barat, Mohammad R Bugis, S.H., M.H., beserta jajaran di Ruang Rapat Bupati, Selasa (19/05/2026).
Kunjungan ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari penyambutan resmi Kajari baru yang telah dilantik beberapa waktu lalu, sekaligus menjadi momentum strategis untuk menyamakan persepsi dalam menangani berbagai isu hukum dan pembangunan daerah.
Turut mendampingi Bupati dalam pertemuan penting ini adalah Wakil Bupati Tanjab Barat, Dr. H. Katamso, SA, S.E., M.E., para Staf Ahli Bupati, para Asisten Sekretariat Daerah, serta Kepala Bagian Hukum Setda Tanjab Barat. Kehadiran jajaran eksekutif daerah ini menunjukkan keseriusan Pemkab Tanjab Barat dalam membangun kemitraan yang solid dengan Kejaksaan.
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Anwar Sadat menyampaikan apresiasi atas inisiatif Kajari Tanjab Barat untuk melakukan pendekatan koordinatif secara rutin. Menurutnya, sinergi yang kuat antara pemerintah daerah dan kejaksaan sangat krusial, tidak hanya dalam aspek penindakan hukum, tetapi juga dalam pencegahan penyimpangan melalui fungsi intelijen dan pengawasan.
"Kita berharap kehadiran Bapak Kajari dan jajaran dapat membawa angin segar bagi penegakan hukum di Tanjab Barat. Kolaborasi ini penting agar setiap program pembangunan daerah berjalan sesuai koridor hukum, transparan, dan akuntabel," ujar Bupati Anwar Sadat.
Sementara itu, Kajari Tanjab Barat, Mohammad R Bugis, menyatakan komitmennya untuk mendukung visi-misi Pemkab Tanjab Barat melalui pendekatan hukum yang humanis namun tegas. Ia menegaskan bahwa Kejaksaan Negeri siap menjadi mitra strategis pemerintah dalam mengawal dana desa, pengadaan barang/jasa, serta memberikan pelayanan hukum kepada masyarakat.
"Kami hadir bukan hanya sebagai penegak hukum, tetapi juga sebagai pengayom masyarakat dan mitra pemerintah. Melalui kunjungan ini, kami ingin memastikan bahwa komunikasi antara Pemkab dan Kejari berjalan lancar, sehingga potensi masalah hukum dapat diantisipasi sejak dini," kata Mohammad R Bugis.
Pertemuan tersebut berlangsung dalam suasana hangat dan produktif. Kedua belah pihak sepakat untuk membentuk forum koordinasi berkala guna membahas isu-isu strategis yang memerlukan penanganan lintas sektor antara pemerintah daerah dan kejaksaan.
Dengan adanya penguatan sinergi ini, diharapkan tercipta tata kelola pemerintahan yang bersih di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, serta peningkatan rasa aman dan keadilan bagi seluruh masyarakat setempat.
