Bangko - Bupati Merangin H M Syukur melepas keberangkatan sebanyak 101 orang Calon Jemaah Haji (CJH) Kabupaten Merangin pada musim haji 1447 H, dari pelataran Masjid Baitul Makmur Merangin, Minggu (17/5) sekitar pukul 05.30 WIB.
Saat pelepasan bupati didampingi, Wabup H A Khafidh, Asisten I Setda Merangin Sukoso selaku ketua panitia pemberangkatan CJH Merangin, Kadis Kominfo Akhoi bersama para kepala OPD lainnya dan para tokoh agama.
Sebanyak 101 orang CJH tersebut, terdiri dari 51 orang laki-laki dan 50 orang perempuan. Mereka diangkut dengan iring-iringan tiga unit bus, menuju Asrama Haji Jambi sebelum diberangkatkan dari Bandara Antara Sultan Thaha Jambi menuju Mekah melalui Embarkasi Batam.
‘’Alhamdulillah semua CJH mari kita doa-kan bersama, pergi selamat dan pulang nanti selamat sehat semua menjadi haji yang mabrur,’’ujar Bupati usai memberikan cinderamata secara simbolis ke CJH Merangin pada acara pelepasan itu.
Bila sudah berada di Mekah nanti pinta bupati, abaikan segala urusan di Merangin, fokuslah beribadah, jalankan semua tahapan ibadah haji dengan benar dan jangan lupa saling membantu satu sama lainnya.
Suasana pelepasan pemberangkatan CJH Merangin kloter 23 tersebut, berlangsung lebih tertib dari sebelumnya, baik saat para CJH datang ke Masjid Baitul Makmur, maupun saat para CJH masuk ke bus hingga pelepasan pemberangkatan.
Pelepasan sebanyak 101 orang CJH Merangin kloter 23 itu, sebagai pelepasan CJH terakhir pada musim haji 1447 H. Jumlah total CJH Merangin tahun ini sebanyak 380 orang, terdiri dari 169 orang laki-laki dan 211 orang perempuan.
Mereka diberangkatkan dalam dua kloter, sebanyak 279 orang kloter 19 dan sebanyak 101 orang kloter 23, yang diberangkatkan ke Tanah Suci Mekah melalui Embarkasi Batam.
