BANGKO – Wakil Bupati Merangin, A. Khafidh, menunjukkan kekecewaannya saat memimpin Rapat Evaluasi Kegiatan Pembangunan Tahun 2025 dan Percepatan Tahun 2026. Kekesalan Wabup dipicu oleh rendahnya tingkat kehadiran kepala instansi serta lemahnya koordinasi antar Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD). Rapat yang berlangsung di Aula Kantor Bupati Merangin lantai 4 pada Kamis (19/02) itu merupakan forum menyelaraskan program strategis daerah. Sayangnya, sejumlah kursi kepala OPD dan Camat justru diwakili oleh staf yang dianggap tidak menguasai persoalan teknis di lapangan. Dalam arahannya, A. Khafidh secara tegas meminta para staf yang mewakili pimpinannya untuk meninggalkan ruangan dan kembali ke kantor. Ia menginstruksikan agar instansi terkait mengirimkan pejabat yang lebih berkompeten dan memiliki kewenangan pengambilan keputusan. "Saya minta yang mewakili dan tidak tahu titik masalah untuk pulang ke kantor. Panggil perwakilan yang lebih tinggi untuk hadir di sini," tegas Wabup A. Khafidh. Selain masalah kehadiran, Wabup menyoroti lemahnya sinkronisasi antar instansi yang berdampak pada terhambatnya pelayanan publik. Ia mencontohkan sulitnya koordinasi pemangkasan pohon di area taman kota Bangko sebagai bukti nyata adanya ego sektoral. "Ada kegelisahan karena antar OPD tidak ada sinkronisasi. Jangan ada lagi bahasa 'itu bukan tugas saya' ketika ada persoalan di lapangan. Setiap kegiatan pasti ada urusannya dengan OPD lain. Koordinasi tidak akan menurunkan derajat Bapak dan Ibu," ujarnya. Terkait agenda pembangunan, Wabup menekankan agar seluruh jajaran melakukan percepatan berdasarkan SK Bupati No. 50 tentang Penetapan Kegiatan Strategis Tahun 2026. Ia juga mengingatkan para pejabat untuk segera menyesuaikan diri dengan Tugas Pokok dan Fungsi (Tupoksi) pasca-pergeseran jabatan beberapa waktu lalu. Beberapa instruksi yang disampaikan Wabup antara lain meminta Camat dan OPD memastikan seluruh administrasi wilayah tertib agar tidak menjadi masalah hukum di kemudian hari. Wabup A. Khafidh juga menyinggung soal program Stunting. Menurutnya, penurunan angka stunting sebagai prioritas nasional yang harus didukung data akurat dari desa dan Puskesmas. Sementara itu, para camat diminta untuk melakukan pembinaan ketat terhadap Kepala Desa agar penggunaan anggaran tepat sasaran. Wabup juga menegaskan agar seluruh OPD menjaga kualitas pekerjaan dan menghindari penumpukan progres di akhir tahun.
