JAMBI - Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) Zona 1, bagian dari PHR Regional 1, memasuki babak baru di bawah kepemimpinan Mefredi sebagai General Manager. Kehadiran Mefredi menambah semangat dan optimisme dalam pengelolaan operasi hulu migas di Zona 1, yang mencakup Wilayah Kerja PEP Jambi, PEP Lirik, PHE Jambi Merang, PHE North Sumatra Offshore (NSO), PEP Pangkalan Susu, dan PEP Rantau.
Mefredi melangkah ke PHR Zona 1 di tengah kinerja operasional yang terjaga. Sepanjang 2025, enam wilayah kerja Zona 1 mempertahankan capaian produksi melalui pengelolaan operasi yang konsisten dan optimalisasi berkelanjutan, yaitu performa produksi minyak mencapai 19.709 BOPD dan gas 222.34 MMSCFD. Sebagai upaya menjaga ketahanan energi, PHR Zona 1 juga telah menjalankan 13 kegiatan pengeboran, 6 workover (WO), 177 well intervention (WI), serta 415 well service (WS) dengan mengedepankan aspek Health, Safety, Security, dan Environment (HSSE) yang tercatat nihil kecelakaan kerja sepanjang 2025.
Mefredi menekankan bahwa peningkatan produksi tidak hanya soal volume, melainkan juga keandalan fasilitas, kesinambungan pengembangan lapangan, dan pengelolaan aset yang bertanggung jawab. “Pada operasi migas di Zona 1, kami berkomitmen untuk memastikan aset eksisting dapat dioperasikan secara aman, produksi terus membaik melalui keandalan fasilitas, serta pengembangan lapangan secara terukur agar keberlanjutan produksi tetap terjaga. Di saat yang sama, aspek finansial, perlindungan lingkungan, dan sinergi dengan stakeholder juga menjadi perhatian,” ujarnya.
Langkah Mefredi dalam menjaga konsistensi kinerja di seluruh wilayah kerja diterapkan melalui pendekatan empat pilar (4P), yaitu penguatan integritas personel (people), keandalan fasilitas produksi (plant), memastikan safe, reliable dan sustainable proses operasional (process), serta pengukuran kinerja yang terintegrasi (performance). “Kami berupaya memungkinkan setiap lapangan dengan karakter dan tantangan berbeda tetap bergerak dalam satu tujuan dalam meningkatkan keselamatan, keandalan, dan keberlanjutan produksi”, imbuhnya.
Sejalan dengan itu, aspek HSSE juga ditegaskan sebagai bagian integral dari setiap denyut operasi Zona 1. “HSSE bukan bagian terpisah, tetapi sudah menjadi satu kesatuan dalam setiap kegiatan operasi keselamatan, keandalan, dan perlindungan lingkungan harus berjalan bersamaan,” tegas Mefredi.
Sebelum menapaki peran barunya di Zona 1, Mefredi dipercaya menjadi General Manager di Pertamina EP Cepu (PEPC) Zona 12 Regional 4 dengan kompleksitas lapangan yang tinggi, sekaligus terlibat dalam pengelolaan berbagai aset migas lintas entitas. Latar belakang teknis di bidang operasi dan proyek produksi membentuk perspektif Mefredi dalam menghadapi tantangan industri hulu migas ke depan.
