JAMBI - Pansus I DPRD Jambi tampak serius menyelesaikan persoalan batas antara Tanjabbar-Tanjabtim. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar PI 10 persen segera terealisasi.
Pembahasan antara Tim Pansus I DPRD Provinsi Jambi dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat berlangsung di ruang pertemuan di kantor Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat pada tanggal 30 Januari 2026.
Hadir mewakili Bupati dalam pembahasan bersama Tim Pansus I yakni Wakil Bupati Bapak Dr. Katamso selaku Wakil Bupati beserta Asisten II, Biro Perekonomian, Biro Pemerintahan dan beberapa pejabat terkait lainnya di lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat.
Ketua Pansus I Abun Yani mengatakan, Ada beberapa kesempatan yang dihasilkan pada pertemuan tersebut, diantaranya, Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat berkomitmen mendukung seluruh upaya percepatan realisasi PI 10% Migas Jambi Blok Jabung maupun Blok Lemang.
"Data-data yang dibutuhkan untuk percepatan PI 10% Migas Blok Jabung dan Blok Lemang seperti Perda BUMD dalam bentuk Perseroda maupun kelembagaan BUMD milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat sudah disiapkan sesuai amanat Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 1 Tahun 2025 Atas Perubahan Permen ESDM Nomor 37 Tahun 2016 tentang Ketentuan Penawaran Participating Interest 10% pada Wilayah Kerja Minyak dan Gas Bumi," akunya.
Kemudian, dilakukan Koordinasi antara Direksi BUMD Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat dan Biro Perekonomian Kabupaten dengan Direksi BUMD PT Jambi Indoguna Internasional (JII) terus dilakukan sampai saat ini dalam rangka percepatan realisasi PI 10% Migas Jambi Blok Jabung dan Blok Lemang.
"Penyelesaian tapal batas antara Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur dengan Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur terus diupayakan sampai saat ini oleh kedua belah pihak bersama Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi. Hal ini penting agar tapal batas antar dua daerah tersebut memiliki legitimasi dalam bentuk Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri, sebagaimana telah diatur di dalam Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 141 Tahun 2017 tentang Penegasan Batas Daerah," akunya.
Wakil Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat mengakui bahwa permasalahan tapal batas antara Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat dengan Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur telah berlangsung lama dengan beberapa hasil pembahasan baik di tingkat Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi selaku perwakilan pemerintah pusat, namun sampai saat ini belum menemukan kesepakatan bersama.(humas)
