BANGKO – Bupati Merangin, M. Syukur, resmi melantik enam Kepala Desa (Kades) hasil pemilihan Pergantian Antar Waktu (PAW) periode 2022-2030. Prosesi pelantikan berlangsung khidmat di Aula Rumah Dinas Bupati Merangin pada Rabu (28/1). Adapun enam kades yang dilantik yakni Sargawi (Desa Limbur Merangin), Asmadi (Desa Pulau Baru), Ichan Danuri (Desa Pematang Kancil), Rudi Hartono (Desa Muara Jernih), Sayuti (Desa Mekar Limau Manis), dan Juli Hendra Saputra (Desa Muara Kibul). Dalam arahannya, Bupati M. Syukur memberikan peringatan keras terkait aktivitas Pertambangan Emas Tanpa Izin (PETI). Ia menegaskan bahwa pakta integritas yang ditandatangani bukan sekadar formalitas, melainkan ada berkekuatan hukum yang memiliki konsekuensi. "Saya sudah mengirim surat resmi kepada seluruh Kades dan Camat untuk tidak terlibat PETI. Apa yang Bapak bacakan di atas materai tadi ada akibatnya. Ini bukan menakut-nakuti, tapi sebagai pemerintah, kita jangan ikut-ikutan merusak lingkungan," tegas Bupati. Bupati menambahkan, pemerintah saat ini telah membuka ruang melalui regulasi Tambang Rakyat agar aktivitas pertambangan bisa diawasi dan legal. "Manfaatkan regulasi Tambang Rakyat yang ada supaya lingkungan terjaga dan ekonomi masyarakat tetap terbantu tanpa harus melanggar hukum," imbuhnya. Selain soal lingkungan, M. Syukur yang juga mantan Ketua Perancang UU Desa di DPD RI ini menyoroti pemanfaatan Dana Desa. Ia meminta para kades fokus pada program ketahanan pangan sebesar 20 persen dari anggaran desa. Ia mencontohkan inovasi kolektif seperti di wilayah Sungai Manau, di mana beberapa desa mengumpulkan anggaran untuk membangun usaha ayam petelur skala besar. "Kebutuhan telur dan daging melalui program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) sangat besar. Ini peluang bisnis. Jangan hanya membangun fisik yang tidak berdampak signifikan. Bangun BUMDes yang produktif," jelasnya. Bupati juga mengingatkan bahwa Kades adalah perpanjangan tangan bupati di tingkat bawah. Ia meminta sinergitas total dalam mewujudkan visi misi pembangunan daerah. "Membangun Merangin tidak bisa hanya Bupati dan Wakil Bupati. Harus ada rasa memiliki dari Kades dan Camat. Bekerjalah untuk rakyat, jangan rakus," cetus M. Syukur. Di akhir sambutannya, Bupati juga menyentil para Camat untuk menempati rumah dinas yang telah diperbaiki tahun ini. Menurutnya, keberadaan Camat di wilayah tugas sangat vital untuk merespons cepat persoalan masyarakat di desa.
