MUARABULIAN - Pengambilan Sumpah Janji dan Pengangkatan Pegawai Pemerintahan dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) Paruh Waktu Lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Batang Hari tahun 2026 dilaksanakan di Serambi Rumah Dinas Bupati Batang Hari, Senin (26/01/2026).
Bupati Batang Hari Muhammad Fadhil Arief, SE secara langsung melakukan pengambilan sumpah janji Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) Paruh Waktu dilingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Batang Hari tahun 2026. Ada 190 PPPK Paruh Waktu melakukan pengucapan sumpah/janji pegawai pemerintahan dengan rasa suka cita dan haru. Terdiri dari 120 Tenaga Guru, 17 Tenaga Kesehatan dan 53 Tenaga Teknis, yang akan ditempatkan sesuai kebutuhan OPD terkait dan masing-masing unit kerja.
Bupati Batang Hari Muhammad Fadhil Arief menyampaikan, bahwasannya PPPK Paruh waktu bukan tujuan akhir dari semua. Ini merupakan suatu proses menuju ke jenjang yang lebih baik dari seorang pegawai pemerintah. Dengan kepastian status ini, semoga berdampak terhadap nilai kerja dan hasil kerja yang lebih baik sebelumnya dalam status kepegawaian yang lainnya.
