Batangharinews.com, Jakarta – Komisi I DPRD Provinsi Jambi melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia Daerah (KPID) DKI Jakarta Tanggal 21 Januari 2026, untuk mempelajari praktik pengawasan penyiaran berbasis data, pemantauan real time, serta metode analisis pola siaran yang digunakan sebagai dasar penindakan dan perbaikan kualitas siaran.
Rombongan Komisi I DPRD Provinsi Jambi yang hadir antara lain Wakil Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi Ivan Wirata, Syamsul Ridwan, Ketua Komisi I Hapis Hasbiallah, serta Pinto Jayanegara, Muhammad Nasir, Abun Yani, Raden Fauzi, rucita arfianisa, umaima Kamila, Tenaga Ahli dan pendamping
Dalam kunjungan tersebut, Komisi I mencatat bahwa KPID DKI Jakarta telah membangun sistem pendataan terintegrasi terhadap indikasi pelanggaran. Setiap indikasi dicatat lengkap mulai dari program, jam tayang, menit kejadian, hingga kategori konten, sehingga dapat ditarik cepat dalam bentuk resume periodik maupun visual grafis. Model ini membuat pengawasan lebih objektif karena berbasis data, bukan sekadar persepsi.
Selain pemantauan indikasi pelanggaran, KPID DKI juga mengembangkan pemantauan konten positif, yakni pemetaan konten-konten yang dinilai memberi nilai edukasi, penguatan kebangsaan, dan kepentingan publik. Dengan demikian, pengawasan tidak hanya berorientasi pada sanksi, tetapi juga mendorong peningkatan kualitas siaran.
Komisi I juga menilai pentingnya metodologi “indikasi terlebih dahulu” sebelum penetapan pelanggaran. Indikasi yang tertangkap sistem dianalisis melalui peninjauan rekaman, penyusunan berita acara analisis isi siaran, serta rekomendasi sanksi yang kemudian dibahas melalui mekanisme pleno komisioner. Pendekatan ini menjaga agar penindakan tetap akurat dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.
Dari paparan dan diskusi tersebut, Komisi I DPRD Provinsi Jambi menilai ada sejumlah praktik yang dapat direplikasi di daerah, di antaranya penguatan basis data pelanggaran, pemantauan siaran yang lebih terukur, penyusunan laporan pola pelanggaran berkala, serta penguatan edukasi publik terkait perlindungan anak, kekerasan, dan etika program siaran.
Komisi I berharap pembelajaran dari KPID DKI Jakarta ini dapat menjadi referensi untuk memperkuat kualitas pengawasan penyiaran di Jambi, agar ruang publik tidak mudah dibentuk oleh konten yang menyesatkan dan agar siaran yang sehat, edukatif, serta berimbang semakin meningkat.
Hasil kunjungan tersebut akan menjadi bahan rekomendasi penguatan pengawasan penyiaran di Provinsi Jambi.
