Batangharinews.com - Kantor Kementerian Haji dan Umroh Kabupaten Batang Hari saat ini masih menunggu kepastian kuota akhir calon jamaah haji (CJH) untuk Kabupaten Batang Hari yang akan berangkat menunaikan ibadah haji tahun 2026.
Kepala Kantor Kementerian Haji dan Umroh Kabupaten Batang Hari, Helmi, S.Ag di Muarabulian mengatakan, hal ini dikarenakan saat ini masih berlangsung mutasi jamaah antar provinsi di Jambi. Dan setelah kuota resmi keluar, akan diketahui berapa jumlah jamaah yang dapat berangkat untuk menunaikan ibadah haji tahun ini.
Kepada media Helmi mengatakan, sebanyak 215 calon jamaah haji (CJH) asal Kabupaten Batang Hari telah terdaftar untuk keberangkatan tahun 2026. Dari jumlah itu, 14 orang diantaranya memutuskan menunda keberangkatan dan meninggal dunia.
Lanjut dijelaskan Helmi, bahwa saat ini yang sudah melunasi biaya keberangkatan haji tahun 2026 hanya 201 orang.
"Para calon jamaah haji sudah melewati tahapan proses pelunasan biaya. Ada beberapa tahapan pelunasan, pertama telah selesai pada 23 Desember 2025 dan kedua pada 2 Januari 2026 hingga 9 Januari 2026 juga sudah berakhir," katanya.
Dan di tahap kedua, kata Helmi awalnya mendapat porsi 94 jamaah cadangan, namun hanya 40 orang yang menyatakan siap melunasi. Dua orang kemudian tidak melunasi, sehingga yang berhasil melunasi pada tahap kedua berjumlah 38 orang.
Untuk itu, ia mengimbau calon jamaah yang sudah melunasi untuk tetap menjaga kesehatan dikarenakan pemeriksaan kesehatan tahun ini lebih ketat dari sebelumnya.
"Kami harap semua tetap berolahraga secara teratur dan mengonsumsi makanan bergizi,” ujarnya.
Pihak juga menegaskan akan terus menginformasikan perkembangan kuota melalui media resmi, Jamaah diminta bersabar dan tetap siaga menunggu panggilan keberangkatan.
