Bangko-Merangin Berzikir dan Doa menyongsong tahun baru 2026, yang rencananya digelar pada Rabu (31/12), di Jalan Jalur Dua depan Kantor Dinas Kominfo Merangin, dialihkan ke Masjid Raya Al Istiqomah Pasar Bawah Bangko. Pergeseran tempat dan waktu yang semula akan digelar pagi hari itu, berubah menjadi malam hari, tepatnya pada malam tahun baru 2026. Perubahan tersebut, berdasarkan hasil rapat final, di Rumah Dinas Sekda Merangin Zulhifni, Senin (29/12). ‘’Jadi mengingat sekarang ini musim hujan, maka acara Merangin Berzikir dan Doa menyongsong tahun baru 2026, kami sepakati tidak di jalur dua depan Kantor Dinas Kominfo Merangin, tapi di Msasjid Raya Pasar Bawah,’’ujar Sekda Zulhifni. Ditanya bagaimana dengan ustadz yang akan mengisi acara itu? Dikatakan Sekda yang baru saja memimpin jalannya rapat final persiapan Merangin Berzikir dan Doa menyongsong tahun baru 2026 itu, ustadz yang akan ceramah tidak berubah. ‘’Tadi kami tadi sudah menghubungi langsung Ustadz H Inayahtullah dan Alhamdulillah mereka menyanggupi, bisa hadir mengisi acara yang bakal dihadiri ribuat masyarakat tersebut,’’jelas Sekda. Tampak hadir mendampingi Sekda pada rapat lengkap itu, Staf Ahli Bupati Merangin Irsadi, Kabag Kesra Setda Merangin Agus Salim, Perwakilan dari Baznas Merangin Marzuki Yahya, Sekdin Kominfo Teguh, utusan dari Polres Merangin dan utusan lainnya. Terpisah, Bupati Merangin H M Syukur mengajak seluruh masyarakat Merangin, untuk beramai-ramai menghadiri Merangin Bezikir dan Doa menyongsong tahun baru 2026 tersebut. ‘’Jadi pada malam tahun baru 2026 itu, tidak ada masyarakat Merangin yang meramaikannya di jalan-jalan. Rayakan malam tahun baru disatu titik kumpul Masjid Raya Al Istiqomal Pasar Bawah Bangko akan lebih bermanfaat,’’ajak Bupati.
