Batangharinews.com, Aceh – Sumatera Utara, 28 November 2025 — Bencana banjir yang melanda Provinsi Aceh dan Sumatera Utara telah dinyatakan sebagai kondisi darurat oleh pemerintah daerah setempat. Gubernur Aceh Muzakir Manaf menegaskan bahwa wilayahnya berada dalam status tanggap darurat bencana hidrometeorologi. Sementara itu, Gubernur Sumatera Utara, Bobby Nasution, menetapkan bahwa Sumut juga berada dalam status darurat banjir dan longsor.
Bencana ini turut berdampak pada wilayah operasi Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) Zona 1 di tiga lapangan operasi: PHE NSO Field, Pertamina EP Pangkalan Susu Field, dan Pertamina EP Rantau Field. Menyikapi situasi tersebut, PHR Zona 1 menegaskan bahwa keselamatan pekerja menjadi prioritas utama, sekaligus turut memberi dukungan dan bantuan bagi masyarakat yang terdampak di sekitar area operasi.
General Manager Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona 1, Hari Widodo, menyampaikan keprihatinan mendalam atas musibah banjir dan longsor yang melanda Provinsi Aceh, Sumatera Utara, dan Sumatera Barat. Ia menjelaskan bahwa sejak awal kejadian, seluruh tim PHR Zona 1 telah bergerak cepat melakukan langkah mitigasi, evakuasi pekerja yang terdampak, serta menyalurkan bantuan darurat bagi masyarakat di wilayah yang dapat dijangkau.
“Kami memastikan seluruh upaya penanganan bencana oleh PHR Zona 1 dilakukan secara optimal dengan bersinergi bersama SKK Migas, pemerintah daerah, BPBD, dan para pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Kami berkomitmen untuk terus membantu dan mendukung program bantuan serta pemulihan masyarakat hingga kondisi kembali pulih,” ungkapnya.
Di kota Lhokseumawe, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dan Kabupaten Langkat, PHR Zona 1 telah didistribusikan bahan makanan berupa 425 kg beras, 480 kg gula, 177 dus mie instan, 135 dus sarden, 103 dus minyak goreng, serta bahan makanan lainnya seperti air mineral, telur, susu kental manis, biskuit hingga makanan anak/bayi. Selain itu juga ada kebutuhan sehari-hari seperti perlengkapan mandi, obat-obatan, selimut, terpal, dan popok sekali pakai.
Sejak 25 November 2025, Pertamina EP Pangkalan Susu telah melakukan mitigasi menyusul potensi dampak banjir di sekitar Main Gathering Station (MGS). Sebanyak 187 orang telah dievakuasi ke Bukit Kunci, Pangkalan Susu. Tim lapangan juga diturunkan untuk memperbaiki pagar beton MGS dan memastikan kebutuhan sehari-hari para pengungsi terpenuhi.
Sementara itu, di Aceh Tamiang, genangan air setinggi hingga tiga meter pada 27 November 2025 menyebabkan fasilitas produksi Pertamina EP Rantau terendam dan terhenti sementara. Meski demikian, PEP Rantau tetap menyalurkan bantuan melalui Posko Utama Bupati serta desa-desa sekitar, berupa bahan pangan, popok bayi, dan minyak kayu putih.
Di wilayah Lhokseumawe, PHE NSO telah mengambil langkah cepat dengan mendistribusikan bantuan makanan, obat-obatan, selimut, makanan anak, hingga popok bayi sejak 27 November 2025. Penyaluran ini dilakukan untuk memastikan kebutuhan dasar masyarakat terdampak dapat segera terpenuhi.
PHR Zona 1 memastikan bantuan akan disalurkan secara bertahap sesuai kondisi lapangan, termasuk dukungan logistik, peralatan keselamatan, bahan pangan, obat-obatan, hingga kebutuhan bayi. Mengingat akses darat banyak yang terputus, distribusi bantuan juga dilakukan menggunakan perahu karet dan helikopter.
Bencana banjir ini telah mempengaruhi operasi migas di sejumlah lapangan, termasuk dihentikannya sementara produksi di Pertamina EP Rantau Field akibat terendam banjir dan putusnya akses serta pasokan listrik. Kendati demikian, PHR Zona 1 tetap berkomitmen hadir mendukung pemulihan masyarakat dan menjaga keselamatan pekerja, sekaligus memastikan keberlanjutan produksi energi nasional.

PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) Zona 1 menjalankan tugas dari Subholding Upstream Pertamina untuk mengelola bisnis dan operasional kegiatan usaha hulu migas di Wilayah Kerja Regional 1 - Sumatra. Wilayah kerja zona 1 meliputi 5 Provinsi yakni, Aceh, Sumatera Utara, Riau, Jambi dan Sumatera Selatan. Bagian dari Zona 1 yang berada di wilayah kerja ini adalah PHE NSO, Pertamina EP Rantau, Pertamina EP Pangkalan Susu, Pertamina EP Lirik, Pertamina EP Jambi dan PHE Jambi Merang.
