MUARABULIAN - Wakil Bupati Batang Hari, H. Bakhtiar, SP menegaskan dan meminta Pj Sekda yang baru dilantik untuk segera fokus pada pencapaian target-target RPJMD, terutama yang berkaitan dengan prioritas pembangunan daerah.
Kata Wabup Bakhtiar, sinergi antara Bupati, Wakil Bupati dan Sekda disebut sebagai pondasi utama yang tidak boleh terputus. Kemudian kita harus melayani, bukan dilayani.
"Mari kita ubah mindset, dari pola pikir primordial menjadi pola pikir yang modern, terbuka dan berkemajuan, serunya, menegaskan pentingnya transformasi mental aparatur negara," kata Wabup Bakhtiar pada acara pelantikan Penjabat Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari, Mula P Rambe S,Sos di ruang pola Kecil Kantor Bupati Batang Hari, Kamis (27/11/2025).
Wabup Bakhtiar juga menyampaikan harapan agar Pj Sekda dapat menjalankan tugas dengan penuh integritas dan profesionalisme. Tunaikan amanah ini sebaik-baiknya, tingkatkan pembinaan kepada ASN dan bangun sinergi agar setiap langkah pemerintahan memberi manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat.
Wabup juga menyampaikan, roda Pemerintahan tidak boleh terputus atau terkendala dalam tugas dan kewenangan dari Sekretaris Daerah dalam Kabupaten Batang Hari. Karena fungsi Sekretaris Daerah ini besar terutama Administrasi dan Koordinasi taat pada aturan-aturan Prosedur sesuai dengan kewenangan menjalankan Administrasi dengan baik," pungkasnya.
Dalam acara tersebut turut hadir Kepala Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jambi melalui zoom, Staf Ahli Bupati Batang Hari, Asisten I Setda Kabupaten Batang Hari, Sekretaris DPRD Kabupaten Batang Hari, Para Kepala OPD Lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Batang Hari, Rohaniawan serta para tamu undangan lainnya.
