MERANGIN - Kepolisian Resor (Polres) Merangin melaksanakan apel gelar pasukan dalam rangka Operasi Zebra 2025 yang digelar dilapangan apel Polres Merangin pada Senin (17/11/2025) pagi.
Operasi Zebra 2025 akan dilaksanakan selama 14 hari, terhitung mulai 17 s/d 30 November 2025. Operasi ini dilaksanakan secara serentak dan terpusat di seluruh Indonesia, ditandai dengan apel gelar pasukan yang melibatkan unsur-unsur terkait dalam pelaksanaan Operasi Zebra 2025.
Kapolres Merangin AKBP Kiki Firmansyah Effendi, S.I.K., M.H. mengatakan bahwa Operasi Zebra Siginjai 2025 merupakan bagian dari strategi nasional Polri dalam menciptakan kondisi lalu lintas yang aman dan kondusif menjelang masa libur Natal dan Tahun Baru.
“Operasi ini tidak semata-mata penegakan hukum, tetapi juga langkah edukatif dan preventif untuk membangun kesadaran masyarakat agar menjadikan keselamatan di jalan sebagai budaya bersama, sekaligus mengedukasi masyarakat agar disiplin dalam berlalu lintas menjelang libur panjang Nataru,” ujar Kapolres Merangin, Senin (17/11/2025).
Kegiatan ini mengusung tema besar “Terwujudnya Kamseltibcarlantas yang Aman, Nyaman dan Selamat Menjelang Pelaksanaan Operasi Lilin 2025”, dengan tujuan utama menurunkan angka pelanggaran, kecelakaan, dan fatalitas korban di jalan raya, serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya tertib berlalu lintas.
Sementara itu Kasat Lantas Polres Merangin AKP Iwan Wahyudi,S.H.,M.H menekankan bahwa operasi kali ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan humanis dan edukatif, namun tetap tegas terhadap pelanggaran yang berpotensi menimbulkan kecelakaan lalu lintas sehingga tujuan dari operasi ini bisa tercapai.
“Kami menekankan kepada seluruh personil yang terlibat agar dapat melaksanakan tugas dengan baik, tulus dan ikhlas sehingga masyarakat bisa terlayani dengan baik. Pada kegiatan yang bersifat preemtif dan preventif, selain penindakan, kami juga memberikan edukasi dan penyuluhan kepada anak-anak sekolah, komunitas motor, dan komunitas mobil agar mempunyai kesadaran tertib dalam berlalu lintas,” jelasnya.
Adapun sasaran utama (Target Operasi) pelanggaran kasat mata dalam Operasi Zebra 2025 Polres Merangin meliputi:
1. Menggunakan hand phone (HP) saat berkendara.
2. Berkendara di bawah pengaruh alkohol.
3. Knalpot brong atau yang tidak sesuai dengan Spesifikasi
4. Pengendara tanpa helm
5. Tidak menggunakan sabuk pengaman
6. Pengemudi di bawah umur
7 Pelanggaran rambu marka dan lampu lalu lintas
8. Berkendara melawan arus
9. Berkendara tanpa dilengkapi surat kendaraan
10. Kendaraan over load dan over dimensi
11. Berboncengan lebih dari satu
12. Melampaui batas kecepatan.
Selain itu, Polres Merangin juga tidak lupa mengimbau dan mengingatkan seluruh masyarakat. Khususnya pengendara kendaraan, agar tetap mengutamakan keselamatan dalam berlalulintas.
"Kita menghimbau dan mengajak seluruh lapisan masyarakat untuk mendukung pelaksaan operasi ini dengan patuh dan tertib berlalu lintas. Tentunya bukan hanya pada masa operasi saja," tutup Kasat Lantas.
