MUARABULIAN - Ketua Tim Pembina Posyandu Kabupaten Batang Hari Ibu Zulva Fadhil melakukan Peninjauan Posyandu, Sosialisasi Program Pelayanan 6 SPM dan Pengaduan Rumah Bunda Kabupaten Batang Hari di Kecamatan Muaratembesi, Selasa (11/112025).
Posyandu 6 SPM merupakan sebuah inovasi pelayanan terpadu yang dikembangkan untuk memperluas peran posyandu tidak hanya sebagai tempat pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak, tetapi juga sebagai pusat layanan masyarakat lintas sektor. Inovasi ini mengintegrasikan enam bidang Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM), yaitu: Kesehatan, Pendidikan, Sosial, Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang, Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman, serta Ketenteraman, Ketertiban Umum, dan Perlindungan Masyarakat. Melalui inovasi ini, Posyandu bertransformasi menjadi Pos Layanan Publik Terpadu, di mana masyarakat tidak hanya mendapatkan pelayanan dasar kesehatan, tetapi juga dapat menyampaikan aduan, aspirasi, dan kebutuhan mereka terkait pelayanan publik di berbagai bidang SPM.
Di Posyandu 6 SPM, masyarakat dapat menyampaikan keluhan atau saran secara langsung kepada petugas yang kemudian akan diteruskan kepada perangkat daerah terkait. Misalnya, aduan tentang infrastruktur lingkungan akan diteruskan ke bidang pekerjaan umum, sedangkan aspirasi tentang pendidikan anak atau bantuan sosial akan diteruskan ke dinas terkait. Dengan adanya mekanisme penerimaan aduan dan aspirasi masyarakat di Posyandu 6 SPM, pemerintah daerah dapat lebih cepat merespons kebutuhan warga sekaligus memperkuat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan. Inovasi ini juga menjadi wujud nyata kolaborasi lintas sektor dalam mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang mudah diakses, efisien, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat di tingkat desa/kelurahan.
Secara keseluruhan, Posyandu 6 SPM adalah bentuk percepatan pelayanan publik berbasis komunitas, yang menjadikan posyandu bukan sekedar tempat pelayanan kesehatan, tetapi juga ruang aspirasi dan solusi masyarakat menuju kesejahteraan yang lebih merata.
