BANGKO – Pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin menggelar Rapat Koordinasi Percepatan Tindak Lanjut Monitoring, Controlling, Surveillance for Prevention (MCSP) Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) pada Senin (10/11) sore, bertempat di Rumah Dinas Bupati Merangin.
Pertemuan ini diselenggarakan sebagai respons proaktif terhadap hasil penilaian KPK ditingkat kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jambi.
MCSP KPK adalah instrumen strategis yang dirancang untuk mengukur, memantau, mengendalikan, dan mengawasi upaya pencegahan korupsi serta peningkatan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik di tingkat daerah.
"Sejak awal menjabat, saya telah dihadapkan pada tantangan MCSP dan KPK telah memberikan penekanan serius. Upaya ini tidak bisa hanya menjadi beban Inspektorat, melainkan membutuhkan sinergi dan dukungan penuh dari seluruh Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) yang terlibat dalam faktor-faktor pendukung penilaian," ujar Bupati M. Syukur mengawali penyampaiannya.
Bupati meminta Inspektorat, yang kini diperkuat dengan wajah baru, untuk bekerja secara profesional dan menjalin komunikasi intensif dengan seluruh OPD, termasuk Bappeda, Badan Anggaran, serta unit-unit terkait PA Sibas dan PPJ. Hal ini mencakup fokus khusus pada pelayanan publik di Dinas Kesehatan dan rumah sakit.
"Semangat kita sekarang adalah pembaruan dan perjuangan menuju Merangin Baru," tegasnya.
Bupati juga meminta kepada Seluruh OPD untuk melakukan Pakta Integritas dan menuntaskan tanggung jawab pengunggahan data yang tersisa dalam waktu satu setengah bulan ke depan.
Bupati menyoroti beberapa data yang memerlukan perbaikan, seperti dalam bidang perencanaan dan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa (PPJ).
"Inspektorat harus jemput bola. Datangi OPD yang memiliki kelemahan, pelajari permasalahannya dan bantu pembenahan," kata Bupati.
Untuk memastikan keberhasilan, Bupati meminta Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) memimpin dan mengawal pelaksanaan serta melakukan koordinasi dan pengawasan tindak lanjut MCSP di seluruh OPD.
"Inspektorat adalah wajah dan alat utama saya dalam menjaga integritas dan memajukan Merangin. Saya akan memperkuat lembaga ini dan tidak akan memberikan toleransi bagi yang tidak sanggup menjalankan tugas," pungkasnya.
