Bangko-Bupati Merangin, H. M Syukur menepati janjinya, mengeksekusi rumah-rumah tempat hiburan malam dan lokasi prostitusi, di Jalan jalur dua Simpang Tengkorak Bangko, yang sudah sangat meresahkan masyarakat, Sabtu (20/9).
Eksekusi pembongkaran sebelas ‘rumah bordir’ itu dilakukan menggunakan alat berat, setelah pemilik rumah sekaligus pengelola hiburan malam dan protitusi tersebut, tidak mengindahkan peringatan yang berulangkali diberikan Pemkab Merangin.
‘’Kita sudah berikan surat peringatan selama tiga hari untuk dibongkar secara mendiri, tapi ini juga tidak dilakukan pemiliknya. Akhirnya hari ini kita bongkar secara paksa, karena semuanya melanggar aturan,’’ujar Bupati.
Sebelumnya bupati, sudah melakukan persuasif dan penghormatan yang luar biasa kepada para pemilik hiburan malam itu. Mereka telah diundang Coffee Morning di Rumah dinas bupati.
Saat coffee morning itu bupati mempesilahkan mereka berjualan di warungnya, dari pagi hari pukul 06.00 Wib sampai pukul 21.00 Wib. Tapi setelah dua minggu dipantau ternyata tidak juga dindahkan. Mereka melanggar surat pernyataan yang sudah mereka tandatangani.
‘’Saya sudah berkomitmen saya bongkar. Sebagai bupati dengan bijak, dengan kemanusiaan, sudah saya rangkul, saya bina. Bahkan saya janjikan mereka kalau mau usaha warung-warung kita bantu melalui UMKM, tapi tidak juga diindahkan,’’terang Bupati.
Ketika memimpin jalannya eksekusi Tim Gabungan 150 orang, dari Satpol PP, anggota Polisi Polres Merangin dan anggota Kodim 0420/Sarko itu, bupati bersama Kapolres AKBP Kiki Firmansyah, Dandim 0420/Sarko Letkol Inf Yakhya Wisnu Arianto.
Turut hadir Wabup H A Khafidh, Ketua MUI Merangin Dr H Joni Musa, Ketua DMI Merangin H Arfandi, Wakil Ketua DPRD Ahmad Fahmi, bersama beberapa anggota Dewan, sejumlah tokoh masyarakat, para Kepala OPD, Camat Bangko Ny Anggie dan Lurah Dusun Bangko Ny Dinda Fransiska.
‘’Saya berterimakasih kepada semua pihak, Pak Kapolres, Pak Dandim. Eksekusi ini didukung penuh oleh semua pihak, kami berjalan bersama memberantas kemaksiatan di Bumi Merangin,’’jelas Bupati.
Sementara itu Kapoles Merangin menegaskan sangat mengukung upaya yang dilakukan bupati. Bahkan dampak dari tempat itu, juga muncul kasus curanmor dan menjadi daerah rawan kejahatan.
Dandim 0420/Sarko, menegaskan Forkopimda Merangin akan selalu berkolaborasi. Apalagi ada kegiatan yang sifatnya membuat ketidak nyamanan, ketidak aman, bahkan mengganggu atau merusak kestabilitas nasional, maka TNI akan selalu mendukung.
H Arfandi salah seorang tokoh agama di Merangin, sangat berterimakasih kepada bupati, wabup dan Forkopimda Merangin, atas eksekusi yang dilakukan. Para tokoh agama dan masyarakat sangat mendukung langkah tersebut.
