Koordinasi di meja bundar yang diikuti Gubernur Jambi H Al Haris tersebut, berlangsung penuh keakraban, diwarnai tawa dengan suasana yang cukup menyenangkan.
‘’Alhamdulillah pada koordinasi tadi, kita minta kepastian hukum tentang status, apakah gaji mereka itu boleh dibayarkan atau tidak, agar ini tidak menjadi persoalan hukum dikemudian hari, mengingat gajinya tersedia,’’ujar Bupati.
Bupati akan terus mendorong, sehingga persoalan itu bisa terakomodir dan terjawab secara pasti. H M Syukur tidak ingin bila gaji yang sudah dibayarkan nanti, karena belum ada kepastian hukum yang pasti, mereka diminta untuk mengembalikan.
Diharapkan bupati hal ini segera tuntas, sehingga ada kejelasan bagi para tenaga honorer yang bekerja di atas dua tahun, yang ikut seleksi CPNS 2024 tidak masuk database tersebut, punya kepastian yang jelas, sehingga mereka nyaman dalam bekerja.
Sebelumnya bupati melalui surat nomor 810/208/BKPSDMD/2025, telah menyurati Menteri PAN-RB RI, perihal mohon penjelasan tentang status dan penganggaran gaji tenaga non ASN yang mengikuti seleksi CPNS tahun 2024 itu.
Guna lebih memperjelas berbagai upaya yang telah dilakukan, bupati masih menunggu jawaban surat tertanggal 05 Juni 2025 tersebut, dari Menteri PAN-RB RI Ny Rini Widyantini.
Diakui bupati hingga kini, sebanyak 220 orang tenaga non ASN itu, belum terdaftar pada pangkalan data BKN, namun telah memenuhi kriteria. Mereka aktif bekerja pada instansi Pemerintah paling sedikit dua tahun terakhir secara terus menerus.
