Kesepakatan itu lanjut bupati, dapat terwujud atas semangat bersama dalam menyelenggarakan Pemerintahan Daerah yang baik, tentunya dengan melalui proses pembahasan, demi kepentingan Kabupaten Merangin yang sama-sama dicintai.
‘’Ucapan terima kasih yang tak terhingga kepada pimpinan dan seluruh anggota DPRD atas dedikasi tinggi, yang telah bekerja dan menyelesaikan pembahasan rancangan perubahan KUA dan PPAS tahun anggaran 2025,’’ucap Bupati.
Hal itu lanjut bupati, merupakan perwujudan dari rasa tanggungjawab semua, Pemerintah Daerah dan DPRD Kabupaten Merangin, terhadap keberlangsungan penyelenggaraan  Pemerintahan, pembangunan dan pelayanan masyarakat.
‘’Kami menyadari sepenuhnya, apa yang telah kita tuangkan dalam dokumen perubahan KUA dan PPAS tahun 2025, belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dan tuntutan masyarakat secara menyeluruh, karena keterbatasan kemampuan keuangan, dan sumber daya yang kita miliki,’’terang Bupati.
Akan tetapi sambung bupati, Pemerintah Daerah telah berupaya secara maksimal, agar setiap alokasi anggaran yang ditetapkan berdasarkan skala prioritas dan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pembangunan daerah dan masyarakat Kabupaten Merangin.
‘’Setelah penandatanganan kesepakatan perubahan KUA dan perubahan PPAS tahun 2025 ini, kami perintahkan kepada seluruh kepala perangkat daerah, untuk segera menyusun rencana kegiatan dan anggaran (RKA-SKPD), berdasarkan plafon anggaran yang telah disepakati,’’jelas Bupati.
Hal ini penting tegas bupati, untuk mewujudkan penyusunan dan penetapan rancangan perubahan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah tahun anggaran 2025 secara tepat waktu.
Tampak hadir pada paripurna itu, unsur Forkopimda Merangin, para kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), para pejabat Administrator, pengawas dan pejabat fungsional di lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Merangin, para camat dan lurah.
Hadir juga  para tokoh adat, para tokoh agama, tuo tau, cerdik pandai, alim Ulama, organisasi wanita, tokoh pemuda, pimpinan partai politik, LSM, para wartawaan tokoh masyarakat.
