MUARABULIAN - Pemerintah Kabupaten Batang Hari, melalui Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil saat ini terus melakukan perekaman e-KTP untuk warga usia 17 tahun.
Berdasarkan data terdapat 222.279 orang baru berusia 17 tahun di Kabupaten Batang Hari belum maksimal melakukan perekaman e-KTP, hal ini terkendala dari Pusat.
Demikian disampaikan Kepala Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Batang Hari, Reflizer di Muarabulian kemarin.
Dikatakannya, untuk saat ini proses rekam e-KTP di tingkat Kecamatan belum bisa dilakukan, sehingga masyarakat yang akan merekam sedikit kesulitan.
Namun, dari data tersebut terdata yang sudah melakukan perekaman ada 213.540 orang. Dalam artian masih ada yang belum melakukan perekaman.
“Ada sekitar 8,739 yang belum, salah satu faktornya mereka yang baru masuk usia 17 belum bisa melakukan perekaman di tingkat Kecamatan," jelasnya.
Hal tersebut dikarenakan memang untuk perekaman di tingkat Kecamatan saat ini belum bisa dilakukan, dalam artian di stop sementara karena efisiensi anggaran. Pemutusan tersebut, menurut Reflizer bukan merupakan wewenang atau kebijakan dari Pemerintah Kabupaten.
“Dimana yang mematikan itu langsung dari pusat bukan kami Kabupaten, karena dari pusat yang membayar sewa alat ke telkom di Kecamatan," tegasnya.
Selain itu, terkait data perpindahan penduduk yang belum dilaporkan atau terbaca dan kepemilikan nomor NIK Ganda sehingga perekaman belum dilakukan.
Meski demikian, pihaknya tetap berupaya untuk melakukan perekaman terhadap KTP pemula tersebut, diantaranya mereka bisa langsung ke Disdukcapil untuk melakukan perekaman atau dengan cara jemput bola.
