Bangko-Bupati Merangin H M Syukur melantik 15 orang pejabat pimpinan tinggi pratama di jajaran Pemkab Merangin. Pelantikan yang dihadiri Wabup H A Khafidh tersebut, berlangsung di Auditorium rumah dinas bupat, Senin malam (01/9).
Pada sambutannya, bupati mengajak para pejabat yang baru dilantik, agar memahami betul dan menyukseskan visi dan misi bupati Merangin 2025-2030, yaitu menuju Merangin Baru 2030.
‘’Pelantikan pejabat bukan sekedar seremonial, tetapi merupakan bagian proses pembinaan karier aparatur sipil negara, yang dilakukan secara objektif, transparan dan sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan,’’ujar Bupati.
Jabatan lanjut bupati, adalah amanah yang harus dijalankan dengan penuh ras tanggungjawab dan pengabdian. Amanah itu hendaknya dijalankan dengan integritas, profesional serta semangat melayani.
‘’Selamat atas kepercayaan yang diberikan. Kita berada pada era birokrasi, dituntut untuk bekerja cepat, tepat dan inovatif. Oleh karena itu, jangan hanya puas dengan rutinitas, ciptakan terobosan yang memberi manfaat bagi masyarakat,’’pinta Bupati.
Pada pelantikan itu bupati menyampaikan empat poin pesan penting kepada para pejabat yang dilantik. Keempat pesan penting itu, pertama jaga integritas dan loyalitas dalam setiap pelaksanaan tugas.
Kedua, bangun komunikasi dan koordinasi lintas sektor, agar program pembangunan berjalan selaras. Pesan ketiga, utamakan kepentingan masyarakat, karena tujuan utama Pemerintah adalah menghadirkan kesejahteraan dan pelayanan publik yang lebih baik.
Sedangkan pesan terakhir bupati kepada para pejabat pimpinan tinggi pratama yang dilantik, laksanakan visi dan misi daerah dengan penuh komitmen dan tanggungjawab.
‘’Saya yakin dengan pengalaman, kapasitas serta semangat yang saudara miliki, akan mampu mengemban tugas ini dengan baik, sekaligus memperkuat tata Kelola Pemerintahan yang bersih, efektif dan berorientasi hasil,’’tegas Bupati.
Pada kesempatan itu, Zulhifni yang baru dilantik menjadi Asisten Koordinasi Bidang Perekonomian dan Pembangunan, kembali dilantik bupati sebagai Penjabat Sekretaris Daerah Pemkab Merangin.
