Batangharinews.com - Dengan semangat menyambut hari kemerdekaan RI Tahun 2025, SKK Migas - Pertamina EP gelar agenda Rapat Kerja dan FGD Survei Seismik 2D - Gerbera bersama Gubernur Lampung. Kegiatan ini telah dilaksanakan pada Selasa 12 Agustus 2025 lalu.
Dengan semangat positif, Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama Pertamina EP optimis bahwa Survei Seismik 2D Gerbera di Blok Sumbagsel Area-1, yang mencakup wilayah administrasi di Provinsi Lampung dan Sumatera Selatan, akan berjalan lancar dan memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat Lampung.
Vice President Exploration Pertamina EP Regional 1, Suprayitno Adhi Nugroho menyampaikan bahwa saat ini belum ada operasi produksi Pertamina EP di area daratan Provinsi Lampung karena minimnya data eksplorasi, “hanya terdapat studi gravitasi satelit tahun 2007 yang mengindikasikan adanya tiga cekungan dan empat tinggian namun belum mampu memetakan struktur geologi secara detail” ungkapnya.
Dikatakannya Program survei ini direncanakan akan dimulai dilaksanakan pada Desember 2025 hingga Agustus 2026 dengan panjang lintasan ± 688,5 km melintasi 35 kecamatan di 142 desa (2 Provinsi dan 7 Kabupaten).
Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, Pengawas Internal SKK Migas, Irjen Pol Ibnu Suhaendra menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan langkah awal pembuktian potensi cadangan migas di wilayah Provinsi Lampung. “SKK Migas, mewakili pemerintah dalam pengelolaan hulu migas, meminta dukungan penuh dari pemerintah daerah, masyarakat, dan pemangku kepentingan untuk mewujudkan target swasembada energi nasional,” ujar Ibnu.
Ibnu juga menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penerimaan daerah melalui Dana Bagi Hasil Migas, sekaligus mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan.
“Tantangan yang akan kami hadapi dalam pelaksanaan survei ini meliputi luasnya wilayah kerja, adanya beririsan dengan lahan industri lain, dan potensi isu sosial di kawasan permukiman,” lanjutnya.
“Untuk mengatasinya, kami akan melakukan sosialisasi dan koordinasi dengan masyarakat, industri, dan pemerintah daerah sebelum pelaksanaan survei berjalan,” tegas Ibnu. Ia juga menjelaskan bahwa SKK Migas sangat menjaga komitmen terhadap aspek keselamatan, lingkungan, dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam proses berjalannya operasional di Lapangan.
Sementara itu, Staf Khusus Menteri ESDM RI sekaligus Ketua Satgas Lifting Nasional, Nanang Abdul Manaf mengungkapkan Kementerian ESDM secara maksimal mendukung kegiatan seismik 2D - Gerbera ini. “Harapan kita bersama semoga Provinsi Lampung ini tidak hanya kaya akan hasil produksi dari sektor perkebunan saja namun juga nantinya menjadi daerah penghasil migas,” ungkap Nanang.
Gubernur Lampung Rahmat Mirzani Djausal, ST., MM, yang hadir secara langsung bersama jajaran Forkopimda Provinsi Lampung, menyambut dengan baik rencana kerja Pertamina EP di Provinsi Lampung. “Kami merasa ada semangat baru bagi kami untuk dapat memberikan peran dalam membangun daerah dan memberikan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat Provinsi Lampung,” kata Mirza.
Kegiatan hulu migas ini disampaikan Mirza juga sebagai langkah strategis menjadikan Lampung salah satu lumbung energi nasional di masa depan. “Eksplorasi migas diharapkan dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, membuka lapangan kerja, meningkatkan Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) migas, dan Participating Interest (PI) 10% yang dapat memperkuat fiskal daerah untuk membiayai pembangunan infrastruktur, pendidikan, dan kesehatan,” harapnya.
Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan seismik ini, Gubernur menekankan pentingnya sinergi antar instansi pemerintah, aparat keamanan, 14 badan usaha yang wilayahnya dilintasi, dan masyarakat. “Hal ini membutuhkan kerja sama, kolaborasi dan sinergi kita semua, untuk itu kami berharap agar semua pihak dapat menjalankan peran dan memberikan dukungannya sehingga Lampung sebagai lumbung energi tidak hanya menjadi angan-angan melainkan akan terwujud di kemudian hari” lanjutnya. “Keberhasilan kerja kita saat ini nanti akan menjadi bekal yang kita berikan bagi anak cucu kita nantinya, sehingga tidak akan ada yang sia-sia untuk kita dukung dan lakukan,” tutup Mirza.
