· DPRD Merangin Juga Sampaikan Enam Ranperda Inisiatif Dewan

Bangko-Bupati Merangin H M Syukur menyampaikan Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Ranperda) Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Kabupaten Merangin tahun 2025-2029, Senin (04/8).
Ranperda RPJMD Merangin 2025-2029 tersebut, disampaikan bupati pada Rapat Paripurna Pertama DPRD Merangin yang dipimpin Ketua DPRD Merangin Muhammad Rivaldi didampingi Wakil ketua Herman Effendi dan Ahmad Fahmi.
Pada Paripurna yang diikuti sebanyak 22 orang dari 35 orang anggota DPRD Merangin tersebut, bupati secara gamblang mengatakan, Ranperda RPJMD disusun sebagai panduan mewujudkan tujuan daerah dan pencapaian sasaran pembangunan.
‘’Hal ini sesuai dengan Amanat Permendagri nomor 86 tahun 2017 tentang tata cara perencanaan, pengendalian, dan evaluasi pembangunan daerah,’’ujar Bupati pada Paripurna yang dihadiri para kepala OPD di jajaran Pemkab Merangin tersebut.
RPJMD lanjut bupati, merupakan dokumen perencanaan untuk periode lima tahun, terhitung sejak dilantik sampai dengan berakhirnya masa jabatan kepala daerah yang berisi penjabaran visi – misi program kepala daerah.
RPJMD ini memuat tujuan, sasaran, strategi dan arah kebijakan pembangunan daerah maupun program perangkat daerah dan lintas perangkat daerah di lingkup Pemkab Merangin
RPJM dokumen yang sangat strategis menentukan arah pembangunan daerah lima tahun mendatang, dengan berpedoman pada peraturan Presiden nomor 12 tahun 20025 tentang RPJMD 2025-2029.
Selain itu, Perda nomor 12 tahun 2024 tentang RPJPD Provinsi Jambi 2025-2045 dan Perda nomor 09 tahun 2024 tentang RPJPD Merangin 2025-2045. Visi Kabupaten Merangin itu, Menuju Merangin Baru 2030.

Dengan semangat baru, Merangin Berdaya saing, Akuntabel, Reformis dan Unggul. Untuk mencapai visi daerah tersebut ditempuh melalui empat misi, Mengembangkan sumber daya manusia Merangin yang unggul dan berbudaya.
Selain itu memantapkan infrastruktur daerah, Mewujudkan Perekonomian daerah yang inklusif dengan skema ekonomi hijau berbasis keunggulan daerah (Pertanian, Pariwisata dan UMKM), Membangun tata kelola Pemerintahan yang baik dan bersih untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan masyarakat (berbasis teknologi informasi 5.0).
Pada Paripurna tersebut, DPRD Merangin juga menyampaikan enam Ranperda inisiatif Dewan melalui jurubicaranya Ashari El Wakas. Ranperda di lingkungan DPRD Kabupaten Merangin itu, untuk dibahas dan mendapat persetujuan bersama antara DPRD dan Bupati.
Keenan Ranpeda itu terang Ashari El Wakas, Rancangan Perda tentang Tata Cara Penyelenggaraan Cadangan Pangan Pemerintah Daerah, Rancangan Perda tentang Penanganan Gelandangan dan Pengemis.
‘’Ada juga Rancangan Perda tentang Penyelenggaraan Program Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan, Rancangan Perda Penyelenggaraan Mall Pelayanan Publik Terpadu dan Rancangan Perda tentang Pengelolaan Perikanan di Perairan Umum Daratan,’’ujar Ashari El Wakas.
