Hal tersebut menjadi keputusan pada Paripurna DPRD Merangin dalam rangka penyampaikan pendapat akhir fraksi-fraksi Dewan terhadap Ranperda pertanggungjawaban pelaksanaan APBD Merangin 2024, Selasa (22/7).
‘’Dengan mengucap Bismillahirohmannirohim, kami sepuluh fraksi DPRD Merangin menyetujui Ranperda Merangin tentang pertanggungjawaban pelaksanaan APBD tahun anggaran 2024, menjadi Perda,’’ujar As’ari Elwakas ketua Pansus.
Pada Paripurna yang dipimpin Ketua DPRD Merangin M Rivaldi didampingi Wakil Ketua Satu Herman Effendi dan Wakil Ketua Dua Ahmad Fahmi, ditegaskan keputusan yang diambil bedasarkan berbagai masukan dan saran pendapat akhir fraksi.
Bupati Merangin H M Syukur menyampaikan apresiasi dan terima kasih kepada ketua, para wakil ketua dan seluruh anggota Dewan, telah meluangkan waktu, tenaga dan pikiran menelaah, membahas dan menyempurnakan Ranperda menjadi Perda.
‘’Pada hari ini sesuai waktu yang dijadwalkan telah dilaksanakan Penandatanganan berita acara persetujuan bersama Ranperda tentang Pertanggungjawaban pelaksanaan APBD Merangin tahun anggaran 2024,’’ujar Bupati dibenarkan Sekda Fajarman.
Selanjutnya sambung bupati, sebagaimana amanat Permendagri nomor 77 tahun 2020 tentang Pedoman teknis pengelolaan keuangan daerah, maka Ranperda tentang pertanggungjawaban pelaksanaan APBD akan disampaikan kepada Gubernur Jambi.
Terhitung paling lambat tiga hari sejak disetujuinya Ranperda tersebut jelas bupati, Ranperda itu nanti akan dievaluasi Gubernur Jambi H Al Haris selaku wakil Pemerintah Pusat di daerah.
Surat keputusan Gubernur Jambi atas hasil evaluasi itu terang bupati, akan menjadi dasar Pemerintah Daerah dalam menetapkan Perda Merangin tentang pertanggungjawaban pelaksanaan APBD 2024 dan Peraturan bupati tentang penjabaran pertanggungjawaban pelaksanaan APBD tahun anggaran 2024.
Paripurna tersebut diikuti para kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) dan para kepala bidang di jajaran Pemkab Merangin, para kepala bagian di Setda Merangin, para Camat dan para Lurah.
