MERANGIN – Dalam rangka memperkuat koordinasi dan sinergitas antara kepolisian dengan lembaga pemasyarakatan, Satbinmas Polres Merangin melaksanakan kegiatan Pembinaan dan Koordinasi Polisi Khusus (Binkor Polsus) di Lapas Kelas IIB Bangko, Selasa (22/7/2025).
Kegiatan dipimpin oleh Kasat Binmas Polres Merangin, AKP Karto, SH, bersama personelnya AIPTU Edwi Santoso, BRIPKA Troy Lois, SE, dan BRIPDA M. Zikra. Kehadiran mereka disambut oleh Kepala Pengamanan Lapas, Pai Saman, SH, dan Kasi Kamtib, Giono, S.Hi.
Dalam kegiatan tersebut, AKP Karto memberikan sejumlah arahan penting kepada personel Lapas, di antaranya penegakan hukum secara disiplin di lingkungan pemasyarakatan, pelaksanaan tugas sesuai SOP, serta partisipasi aktif dalam mendukung program pemerintah, Operasi Patuh 2025, dan juga sosialisasi terkait pencegahan karhutla.
Tak hanya kepada petugas, AKP Karto juga menyempatkan diri memberikan arahan langsung kepada para tahanan Lapas. Dalam penyampaiannya, ia mengajak para warga binaan untuk tetap semangat menjalani pembinaan, menjaga ketertiban di dalam Lapas, serta tidak mengulangi kesalahan di masa mendatang.
“Kalian adalah bagian dari masyarakat yang sedang menjalani proses pembinaan. Gunakan waktu ini untuk berubah menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik, agar saat kembali ke masyarakat, kalian dapat diterima dan berkontribusi positif,” ujar AKP Karto dalam arahannya kepada para tahanan.
Kepala Pengamanan Lapas, Pai Saman, SH, menyampaikan apresiasi atas kegiatan pembinaan tersebut. Ia berharap sinergi antara Lapas dan Polres Merangin terus diperkuat demi menciptakan situasi keamanan yang kondusif, baik di dalam maupun di luar Lapas.
Adapun hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini meliputi meningkatnya koordinasi dan kerja sama dalam pembinaan terhadap warga binaan, terjalinnya hubungan silaturahmi antara Polri dan petugas Lapas, serta terciptanya harkamtibmas yang aman dan tertib.
Sebagai bentuk dukungan,n Satbinmas turut menyerahkan sarana kontak kepada pihak Lapas dalam kesempatan tersebut.
