Dalam sambutannya, beliau menekankan bahwa meskipun sedang menjalani pembinaan di dalam Lapas, para warga binaan tetap memiliki kewajiban moral dan tanggung jawab kebangsaan yang tidak bisa diabaikan.

Upacara ini diikuti oleh seluruh pegawai dan warga binaan dengan penuh khidmat. Momentum ini menjadi sarana pembinaan karakter serta upaya menumbuhkan kembali semangat nasionalisme dalam diri warga binaan.
Kalapas Kelas IIB Bangko, dalam keterangannya, menyambut baik kegiatan tersebut. Ia berharap, upacara ini tidak hanya menjadi rutinitas seremonial, tetapi juga menjadi pengingat akan pentingnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, terutama bagi warga binaan dalam proses pembinaan dan reintegrasi sosial.
