SAROLANGUN - Bupati Sarolangun H. Hurmin membuka secara resmi pelaksanaan Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) ke-21 tingkat Kabupaten Sarolangun di lapangan Bhayangkara, Polsek Kota Sarolangun, Senin (30/6). 

Pantauan dilokasi acara, pembukaan MTQ ini diawali dengan defile kafilah dari seluruh kecamatan yang diiringi penampilan drumband Kabupaten Sarolangun. Masing-masing kafilah. 

Bupati Sarolangun H Hurmin dalam sambutannya menyampaikan terima kasih kepada seluruh camat dan pihak terkait yang telah mensukseskan penyelenggaraan MTQ tingkat kecamatan hingga ke tingkat kabupaten.

“Saya mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh tamu undangan yang hadir, serta masyarakat Kecamatan Sarolangun yang telah bersedia menyediakan pemondokan bagi para kafilah dari berbagai kecamatan," H Hurmin. 

Lebih lanjut, Bupati berharap MTQ ke-21 ini mampu meningkatkan kualitas tilawah Al-Qur’an dan mempererat ukhuwah Islamiyah di tengah masyarakat Sarolangun.

 Pembukaan diakhiri dengan pengibaran bendera MTQ oleh pasukan Paskibraka Kabupaten Sarolangun. Hal ini menandai dimulainya kompetisi tilawatil Qur’an yang penuh khidmat dan semangat Islami
