SAROLANGUN, 19 Juni 2025 — Dalam upaya mengantisipasi potensi bencana banjir dan Longsor di musim penghujan, Babinsa Koramil 420-04/Sarolangun Kodim 0420/Sarko, Praka Nasrudin, melakukan pemantauan intensif terhadap debit air Sungai Tembesi yang melintasi wilayah Desa Dusun Dalam, Kecamatan Bathin VIII, Kabupaten Sarolangun.
Wilayah ini dikenal sebagai salah satu titik rawan banjir di Sarolangun. Curah hujan yang tinggi dalam beberapa pekan terakhir memicu kekhawatiran akan meningkatnya volume air sungai yang bisa meluap dan menggenangi pemukiman warga. Sebagai garda terdepan di tengah masyarakat, Praka Nasrudin bergerak cepat menyisir sepanjang aliran sungai guna memastikan tidak adanya hambatan aliran, seperti tumpukan sampah atau longsoran tanah, yang berpotensi menyumbat jalur air.
"Kami fokus memeriksa kondisi tanggul dan tebing sungai. Kalau ada keretakan atau kerusakan, itu bisa berbahaya jika debit air mendadak naik," ujar Praka Nasrudin di sela kegiatan pemantauan.

Ia mengingatkan masyarakat agar segera melapor ke aparat jika menemukan tanda-tanda bencana seperti naiknya air secara drastis atau munculnya retakan di tanah yang bisa memicu longsor.

Guna memperkuat langkah antisipatif, Praka Nasrudin juga menjalin koordinasi erat dengan perangkat desa dan tim penanggulangan bencana daerah. Kesiapsiagaan ini mencerminkan sinergi antara TNI dan elemen masyarakat dalam membangun sistem tanggap darurat berbasis komunitas.
