Tantangan perempuan hari  ini lanjut wabup, bukan hanya pada minimnya akses, tapi juga pada ketimpangan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Untuk itu Kopri PC PMII bisa menjadi ruang pembelajaran, pemberdayaan dan penguatan perempuan.
Perempuan Digdaya (Digital, inovatif, gesit, adaptif dan berdaya saing) merupakan representasi dari karakter sumber daya manusia masa depan, yang dibutuhkan mahasiswa.
Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang masif, isu-isu sosial yang kian beragam dan dinamika pergerakan yang terus berubah, menuntut untuk senantiasa adaptif, inovatif dan responsif.
‘’Optimalisasi sumber daya manusia Kopri bearti kita harus terus meninkatkan kapasitas dan kompetensi, membelaki diri dengan pengetahuan terkini dan menguasai keterampilan yang relevan dengan perkembangan zaman,’’terang Wabup.
