Batangharinews.com - Sumatera Selatan, 10 Juni 2025 – Para pemangku kepentingan di tingkat desa hingga kecamatan yang wilayahnya menjadi ring satu Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) Jambi Merang berkumpul bersama di acara SERASI (Sinergi dan Silahturahmi Bersama Stakeholder Area Operasi), Selasa (3/6/2025). Acara yang diselenggarakan PHE Jambi Merang ini menjadi wadah untuk menambah wawasan serta diskusi seputar operasi hulu migas. Lebih dari 35 peserta hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut, terdiri dari Kepala Desa, Camat, Kapolsek dan Koramil hadir dari Kecamatan Bayung Lencir dan Kecamatan Tungkal Jaya, Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.
Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) Jambi Merang merupakan salah satu tulang punggung penghasil gas di wilayah kerja Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) Zona 1. Capaian ini tentu tak lepas dari dukungan stakeholder. Hal ini disampaikan Manager PHE Jambi Merang R. Satrio Mursabdo, “Dukungan stakeholder merupakan faktor kunci keberhasilan operasi. Karena itu, penting untuk kita bertukar wawasan untuk menyelaraskan langkah untuk kepentingan energi nasional ,” ungkapnya.
Acara ini dirancang sebagai sarana komunikasi dua arah yang efektif antara perusahaan dan masyarakat. Tujuannya adalah membangun pemahaman bersama dan memperkuat komitmen dalam mendukung kelancaran kegiatan operasi hulu migas nasional.
Gelaran SERASI menghadirkan sejumlah narasumber, di antaranya Kepala Departemen Formalitas & Komunikasi SKK Migas Perwakilan Sumbagsel Syafei Syafri, Mayor INF Nur Sigit Prasetya Kasdim 0410 Musi Banyuasin dan Iptu Wahyudi S.H M.H Kapolsek Bayung Lencir. Pada kesempatan ini Syafei memaparkan tata kelola hulu migas. Sedangkan dari kepolisian dan TNI berbicara mengenai pentingnya pengamanan objek vital nasional (Obvitnas).
Fasilitas operasi produksi dan area kerja PHE Jambi Merang merupakan obyek vital nasional yang dilindungi undang-undang dan kepemilikan asetnya berada di Kementrian Keuangan. Karena itu penjagaannya melibatkan Kepolisian dan TNI. “ Sebagai bagian dari Objek Vital Nasional, kegiatan operasional PHE Jambi Merang memiliki tingkat resiko tinggi. Oleh karena itu, sinergi antara aparat keamanan, pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat sangat diperlukan untuk menjaga kelancaran dan keamanan operasional,” ujar Mayor INF Nur Sigit Persatya.
Pemaparan juga disertai diskusi tanya jawab dengan kades dan lurah yang selama ini wilayahnya bersinggungan langsung dengan wilayah kerja PHE Jambi Merang. Dalam penutupnya, Syafei menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi untuk menjaga kelangsungan produksi migas di tengah dinamika sosial dan lingkungan yang terus berubah.
“Forum seperti ini memperkuat kolaborasi antara operator migas dan stakeholder lokal. Kami berharap kegiatan seperti SERASI bisa terus dilakukan secara berkala agar komunikasi tetap terjaga dan saling percaya” ujarnya.
Pertemuan ini menuai respon positif dari para peserta. Kepala Desa Simpang Bayat, Fakthurohman menyampaikan apresiasi terhadap keterbukaan informasi dan ruang dialog yang diberikan “Kami merasa dihargai karena diundang langsung berdiskusi. Penjelasan mengenai migas dan status Obvitnas sangat bermanfaat bagi kami untuk ikut menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban di wilayah kami,” tuturnya.
